Brightannica has helped me realise my dream of studying in Australia. Special thanks to Jessica Soe for being always accommodating and guiding me along the way. Process has been so efficient and Jessica had been a big help in assisting me with the requirements and giving me the information I needed for the application and the course I wanted to take. Jessica and I met online last 18 Oct 2021; I was able to complete all my requirements (including school application and health insurance) on 17 Dec 2021; My visa application was lodged 20 Dec 2021; I was scheduled for a medical exam on 18 Jan 2022; Then my visa was finally approved on 25 Jan 2022! I reckon that if I had my requirements completed right away and I was scheduled for my medical exam earlier, my visa might have been approved sooner. Right now, I’m already almost 2 months here in Australia and Jessica is still helping me with my queries and informing me of the things I need to know concerning my studies and stay here in Australia.

We (Rowena and Louwelyn) did a search for a migration agent, we found Brightannica and made a phone call and to our delight the response seemed to be positive. We then provided details of what we wanted, to bring Louwelyn to study in Australia. Brightannica then provided us with information and we also provided information to them. A process was then put in place for Louwelyn to enroll in an education college and get the visa application started. Jessica Soe was the person who handled all of our details in a highly professional manner. The result is that Louwelyn had her visa application granted and will study in Sydney.
