This tag is very pretty but not very durable. After only 2 weeks of use the tag has begun to discolour around the edges and is slowly turning grey.

Really happy with our dog tag. It looks great and actually stands out. The quality is good and will not fade unlike our previous metal tags where the details wear away quite quickly.
The order process was quick & easy & very well presented & packaged. We also ordered the extra clasp which is nice & sturdy.

I got 2 golden retrievers puppy’s and they are so cute so adorable and they are great sports and I have a lot of fun with them their just so cute

I ordered a dog tag from here, it’s poor quality, it’s coming apart in less than a week and looks like it’s not sealed properly

I was impressed with the look of the tag on their website and purchased a tag for our new dog. The process of customising the tag to what we wanted was good.
It took about a week to arrive and when I opened it I thought it was lighter than what I anticipated. Nevertheless, I went ahead and placed it on our dog's collar.
However, less than 2 months since I received I found it on the floor.
My instinct was right and the product is not durable. Certainly NOT WORTH the $40+Postage price tag.

I recently purchased two bowls for my puppy which I was so impressed with the quality of the bowls. I also purchased a Premium Dog Bone Tag which my curious puppy chewed and destroyed while around his neck. After contacting Ann @ Bright Star Buddies and explaining the situation she is now kindly sending me a replacement Tag free of charge. Bright Star Buddies is a very positive company to deal with.

If you are considering ordering from this site be aware that the width of their collars are thick and the clasps wide and heavy. As of 14/2/2023 there are no width and clasp dimensions on this site.

Omg this tag is so super cute. However im not sure about the durability as mine has got dents in the side from teeth already where as the metal tag i had for my late dog lasted 10 years

Ordered a dog tag and the name on the front wasn’t clear. I sent an email and they replaced the dog tag promptly with a different colour background as requested. Really impressed with their level of response and customer service and the tag is very cute:) thank you.

Premium dogs tags are definitely not worth the money in my opinion.
They are plastic and more in the $20 bracket. Arrived quickly was packaged well I don't understand suppling a keep sake pouch for a dog tag that is attached to a collar. I can't speak about the durability or whether it will scratch up quickly and look shabby only time will tell.

I got the lead/collar along with a printed dog tag. Really loved everything from the website through to the well packaged delivery. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to rave about this product, (personalised bandana) but I can't.
I paid $25, for a tiny piece of material, the quality is poor, really poor.
After one wear, the stitching is coming apart.
And I paid $25 for this! So overpriced.
Also delivery took for ever.
