Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails

We couldn’t be happier with how our puppy’s confidence and happiness has grown while being supported and encouraged at BEBT! BEBT days are her favorite of the week. We can’t thank Gemma and her team enough!

My pup gets way too excited whenever he realises he's on the way to daycare. I worry that he will like Gemma more than us sometimes She also takes amazing photos for us to enjoy at home

BEBT is not only my favourite place but it is my fur babies favourite place too. As I work full time it is so relieving getting to drop my puppy off in the amazing care of Gemma and her girls to look after my pup. Gemma is the nicest person and always gives updates and lets you know how your pet goes during the day. If anything happens she makes sure to make adjustments best for you and your pup. I am forever grateful to have BEBT in my life as it is a life saver for those who work full time! I would highly recommend this doggy daycare to anyone that asks!

As a qualified Vet Nurse I don’t want to take my boy Leni anywhere else. Gemma and the attentive staff keep a close eye on all the dogs in their care and provide a lot of fun enrichment for the pups, making sure that Leni always comes home happy and tired. The drop off and pick up times are flexible and it only runs until 1pm to make sure the pups aren’t overwhelmed or over exhausted which is extremely rare to find in a doggy daycare. Gemma is always quick to respond and gives lots of photo updates which I love

What an amazing centre to take your pooch for the day. If you just go by your dogs response when she/he returns you’ll see just how much they enjoy their time there. The ladies are very attentive and ensure the dogs are always in a positive environment and providing corrections when needed and ensuring the best mix and number of dogs interacting. Definitely 5 stars from us!

BEBT: Fantastic facility, attentive staff and happy pups!
My dog has gone from not wanting to be away from me before she started here, to leaping out the car door squeaking with excitement and running to the gate to get into Daycare.
She definitely has a full morning of activity and interaction because she is ready for a nap for the rest of the afternoon.
Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Doga was a new and fun way to do yoga or me, which I really enjoyed.

Gemma is really caring and compassionate about the dogs. Her space is huge, clean and really enriching.

The most amazing space and place for all dogs to enjoy their day at daycare. I love that there is so much space that no matter what the weather my dogs get to run around and play. All their needs have been thought about and catered for. Such a positive place for dogs to feel safe and happy when they are away from home. They have the best time when at Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails. It is not just a place to spend the day - they get to play with their friends, the staff initiate games, activities and training using positive training methods as well as spending quality time with each dog. The dogs are so excited to arrive each day. They just love Gemma and the team.

The care that is given to each dog well and truly goes above and beyond. Gemma has an amazing ability to connect with the dogs and make them fall in love with her very quickly. It is just like a big family and the dogs love it.

They also offer fear free grooming which has been an amazing help with my dogs. It makes such a difference when the dog feels safe.

We looked around a lot to find a daycare that would take big dog (Mastiff X) who is just a big softie. Upon meeting Gemma at Bright Eyes we know we had found the perfect place!
Everytime we take him to day care he has such a great time and comes back sleepy. On top of that, he no longer chews things up at home and has become super friendly with strangers and other dogs.
I definitely recommend Bright Eye and Bushy Tail, not just for someone to look after your dog but someone who will love, play, train your dog just as much as you do if not more!

I would highly recommend Gemma at BEBT! Her extra level of care and great consideration with all aspects of the doggy care is above and beyond. Not only did my dog receive a lovely groom in a comfortable friendly space, he had a day full of play and positive interactions! We will be back

Our border collie LOVES going to see Gemma at Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails. Being our fur baby, we were quite picky about who and where we took her. The space Gemma has created is perfect for her to run and play to her heart's delight with the other pups.and then to rest quietly to have nap time. Even better, Gemma is a trainer, so she helps maintain the work we've been doing in training our dog. This has become a regular playschool routine for us.:)

My dog Izzy has separation anxiety and is not able to be left at home by herself. This can be very tricky to navigate sometimes because, although I love her, I can't stay home with her all the time. However, I would never want to leave her somewhere she was unhappy or in an unsafe environment. I am so happy I found BEBT!

Gemma is absolutely wonderful. She put me right at ease when leaving Izzy at BEBT. Seeing the photos and videos of Izzy playing in such a nice big and secure space with the other dogs adds to the sense of security when sending her to BEBT. It also helps put me at ease that Gemma has actual training and knows what she is talking about and has proven that with her actions. Izzy is so happy to go and is always so happy (and tired) when she is home after spending time at BEBT.

Gemma has created an amazing and engaging space for dogs and is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Days at BEBT are an important part of keeping our active dog happy and out of mischief!
