8 What a shame! Bridgestone Alenza 255/55 R19
What a shame! Bridgestone Alenza bust even before first services, less than 5K on road and company failed to replaced under warranty because it's an SUV. Paid hard earned money ($1700) and trusted a reputable brand but a wrong decision. Irony is local business My Car-Wagga said if I would have bought from them, they will happily replace tyre without any cost to me. Now I am under $420 for replacement. Such a shame for big companies to fail to customer. Surely Bridgestone look at review and contact other business in Wagga to improve their services for customers. Or please call Wagga Store to find out more details, happy to answer any further questions. Others please be aware of your decision and do your own due diligence.

Contacted these clowns for a price on two Bridgestone tyres, they quoted $265 each. Called ABC TYRES and got the identical tyre fitted and balanced for $220.

Happy with the tyres they provided and the quote. But has been pretty bad customer care person sitting in the reception. Never greeted us when we arrived, did not say any detail about tyres. Good that i booked on phone. Said it will take 45 mins and i asked, if they could call me once finished, that never happened. A mute customer care personnel just handed over the invoice after payment. Thats it. Nothing discussed about tyres or next review, from his side. Pretty bad way of customer service even after replacing new 3+1 tyres. End of the story.
