Bridgestone Service Centre

Always great service from the team at Bridgestone Service centre Orange. Took my vehicle for an emergency puncher repair as I didn't have a spare. They got me in straight away and fixed it up really quickly. Didn't have to wait long at all.

Got two tires replaced, the staff told me they would call me when the job was finished but they didn't. When I asked them why they didn't call me they basically said they were too busy, and they were unapologetic about wasting my time. Perhaps don't tell me you will call me when the job is done if you are too busy to do so. Staff were also generally unfriendly, couldn't even muster the energy to say hello.

Such a pleasant experience this morning. Thank you to Brian and all the staff at Bridgestone Orange for doing such a great job! I shall return!

The last one - (Honest) is so very important to this 76 year old woman; who struggles at the best of times but none more so, than when it comes to cars, rego checks, mechanical checks etc.etc.

When it comes to such things I have always trusted businesses to do the"right thing" by we oldies, but never again, after an attempt to get a rego check at MY CAR.

Attempting to get a (what I thought was a simple Rego Check) from My CAR (near KMart). - they insisted I needed a new tyre "the left rear was baldy". I agreed to pay the $179.00 - but due to their rude unprofessional attitude - I decided to take my car elsewhere and.lucky for me - because my tyre is not "baldy" like My Car said!

All I have left to say is DISCRACEFUL DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR by My Car!

Fantastic service. They were able to fit me in at late notice after a rego inspection found a damaged and worn tyre that needed replacing. Very thankful for the kind and professional team. Thanks guys.

A few years ago, I took my wife's car in, they they replaced the thermostat. Them I noticed that the coolant levels were dropping, so I took it back. They had a look and told me that I had a cracked radiator hose. So I said replace it, thinking it'd be a 10 minute job. I said I was a bit broke, and the bloke there said it'd be a cheap fix. Over 90 minutes later, I got the bill. $200! I expressed my disbelieve/anger, and the boss there told me that he'd done it at a discounted rate for me! I wrote to the head office to enquire about it, and they never answered me.

Bridgestone tyres in Orange are awesome fellas, happy to help and always are polite without the price tag for being nice, been taking my car for its tyres when needed and always get the same service and to me that alone is priceless these days as some places are so rude

Great staff, polite and friendly, actually has a excellent waiting area with toilet and coffee machine, lots of magazines to read. Highly recommended.

The team down in orange are fantastic always put in the detail & effort. Always leave smiling and if you are need to wait there’s always someone there happy to chat to you about anything, they really are top blokes and I’m 110% happy with being a lifelong customer
