Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Penrith North

They saved my butt when I needed help. They were efficient and friendly. I only deducted 1 star because the second time I used them they didn’t have the tyre I needed on the premises. I was told they would call me around 1pm when it was in. It’s now 5pm and no call yet. Luckily I don’t need it today though so it isn’t a problem. Hopefully I get a call in the morning?

They good for change tyre only,
They can’t fix any mechanical issues, lying & poor knowledge,
unskilled staff, (baby mechanic)
By appointment on time arrived but It took 2,3 hours,
I visited 3time to fix wheel Alignment
3times failed to fix,
I went another mechanic shop they done within 30 minutes,

The franchisee believes that calling a Bridgestone customer a c-t is acceptable behaviour, looking at some of the reviews I am not only person who has encountered his aggression. Clearly Bridgestone support this behaviour!
I took my business to Metro Tyres on Castlereagh Road Penrith, (02) 4722 2022 the owner could not do enough for me, unlike Bridgestone Penrith Franchisee the only service I received was the rantings of person who is clearly unhinged!

Great service. The staff were very friendly and professional. They helped me to make sure that there was no problem with the inner tube of the car and that there was no need to replace it. They also helped me to return the tires I bought on tyresale (excellent after-sales service). Highly recommend this store.

The best place to leave your car when it needs some attention. Trustworthy and very experienced, so listen if they mention something extra has been found.

Went back with my ute to get my new rims fitted with tyres a couple of days ago and they did a great job again! Offer great advice and help. Great place to go for all your tyre needs I can't rate them high enough!

Manager is rude when you call up and say your not happy with the service, yes they have helped me in the pasted and done favours for me but no excuse for how he spoke to me on the phone. I was nice to him and tried to explain what was going on and he just said he didn’t won’t me to come back anyway to the shop. I don’t have car now because it’s going to cost $2000 plus for just parts for my car to be fixed, my car isn’t even worth that much but it was or I thought it was a great little car to drive. So don’t make the manager mad if you go to this place.

Recently enquired about 4 new tyres for my Mazda Miata ND, and the team at North Penrith were quick to help me out with the ones I was after and order them in for the next working day. Dropped off the car and had it back earlier than expected. Great stuff, and so I've now ordered 4 more replacement tyres for my partner's Forrester (which they were able to suggest better tyres at no extra cost along with a discount). Free wheel alignment done with the install and Bridgestone Benefits membership, fantastic!

Had four new tyres and a wheel alignment done this afternnoon, prices very competitive, great wheel alignment, which is hard to find, even get a print out of before and after settings. Mechanic found a twisted brake line and I expected to pay for it and looked at invoice and no mention of it. Keep up the good work guys, I will be bringing in the missus awd for wheel rotation and alignment shortly.

Excellent service, very friendly greeting. When I called the owner was very understanding of my requirements for new tyres and my budget. Will be back for my next wheel alignment and tyres when required.

What a fantastic team Bridgestone have in Penrith. Honestly congratulations guys. Absolute 10 out of 10 from Aaron in sales to the best wheel alignment specialist I have dealt with in the industry ever. He was so professional that before starting he went over each rim and we agreed on the marks already on the rims and to me that instantly gave me confidence and peace of mind knowing my car was in excellent hands. So again congratulations Bridgestone Penrith I will be passing your fantastic work on to everyone I know.

I'm a busy person (who isn't these days!), so I was browsing for tyre prices at 11PM on Sunday night and during my research came across the Ecopia tyres. I then left an enquiry via Bridgestone's website. I also left an enquiry with another organisation at roughly the same time. The contrast between the 2 companies could not have been greater. Scott from Bridgestone called me at 8: 40AM on Monday morning and we had sorted out a time and competitive price all before 10AM. The other company rang and wanted to know why I had gone elsewhere and why had I not rung them instead, and why was my email so indecipherable (well if you design a poor form on your website and don't tell your customers that the information you've already entered into your site won't go along with the enquiry then of course it won't make sense!). It's now Wednesday, I have my new tryes, and found out some really useful information about the wheel alignment. I can't rate the service high enough, thanks Scott and team.

Got a quote for these guys via Autoguru for a Power Steering Pump replacement. Price was very reasonable and the booking process was simple and easy.

Staff there were friendly and the workshop modern with lots of easy parking. I plan to use these guys for servicing as well in the future.

Just had an alignment for my wrx today 8/8/2020 and already feel the huge difference on the handling! Staff are friendly and the guy who did my alignment is very friendly and explained the settings that was being done to my car. Overall very good experience! Been here multiple times, definitely still going back if i need something to be fixed. Plus the hot chocolate is great!

Always have my cars serviced and regos done by Scott and the boys who are always forthright, honest and helpful. Their service is amongst the best I've ever encountered and they have a quality range of products and are always happy to discuss the pros and cons of each option so you can make an informed decision.happy I've found them locally to look after our Honda CRV and VW Golf two very different cars but their results are always spot on, great mechanics great for tyres and always fair prices!

These guys were great. Shout out to Aaron who has a great sense of humour and extremely friendly. Made the process very easy for me. It helps when they are located near to me, but he made the difference.

Great service from all staff, good price. Had many issues and went to many mechanics. Originally got my tyres done before the pink slip was due and noticed a clunking sound in the boot. They stated that Jax Tyres put new tyres on my stock bent rims. Couple of days later I had a gear shifting problem and centre console with the steering wheel shaking about. They investigated that my fuel tank was raptured and replaced within a day and did my driver's side mount for a reasonable price.

Good team, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone to just take it to these guys for any car issues/no upselling or sales just straight forward and now my car drives like new!
