After ringing around a couple of tyre places that weren’t helpful at all I called Patrick who explained everything to me over the phone & could book me in right away. Took my car in & I received great fast service. I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!

Patrick and the team are the best in the area. They have always been professional and humble people. I like the new feature where they send you a video of what needs to be done and they show you and explain the process which is pretty cool no other place does that. We have been with them for a long time and we have built that trust with Patrick and we wouldn't go anywhere else. He really does go above and beyond for us. I like that he does the work that needs to be done without over charging unlike most places will charge for unnecessary things, they explain everything in detail so you fully understand the work theyre doing. We highly recommend this place.

First time I went there the service was good, new Bridgestone Turanza tyres were great, still going well.

I came one year later for tyre rotation and alignment. The tyre rotation was not done, only one side of the vehicle had tyres switched over, the drivers side was not done as I noticed the tyre (which was noticeable due to the slight tear on it) was still in the same position. I asked (kindly and respectfully) why they didn't switch the drivers side tyres as they were supposed to. The reception lady responded with agitation initially said "they don't rotate the tyres if they don't need to", this is untrue, of a tyre that hadn't been rotated in over a year (AWD Subaru) and was overdue. She further expressed her agitation rudely by saying "what do you want me to do? ". I didn't say anything (but obviously wanted them to finished there job as one side was done but not the other) and didn't want to start a drama. Eventually the young mechanic affirmed that he left the drivers side untouched for whatever reason (he didn't want the slighly torn tire to be in the front). Now I know that my tires aren't going to wear evenly, which is especially important in a Subaru AWD. I will probably need to switch the other side myself.

Nevertheless I didn't need the drama and don't understand the agitation so early in the morning. I respectfully spoke to you so you can explain why you didn't complete the rotation.

Bridgestone has good quality tyres and I will buy them, but not from this branch.

Very trustworthy, Patrick and his team are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I take my commodore in and my work vehicles for a service. Honest and no beating around the bush guy.if a car does not need work or can be done later in, they will let you know honestly. Will be a returning customer and now taking all work fleet to them.

They are not trusted, they broker my car and put the blame on me. Don’t risk your life and family, avoid ‘em.
