I asked these boys to install a oil catch can and exhaust and I was very disappointed in the workmanship and the attitude that was given to me. Do not let them work on your diesel car.

My car needed a new transmission, I called and they said to bring it in so they can look at it. They said yes it needed a new transmission and they quoted me a very high price. I called another place and got it for less than half the price with warranty. When I told them I’m taking it somewhere else they stopped taking my calls and didn’t return my messages I left. I went to their shop and the owner was aggressive and said they wouldn’t release my car unless I paid them for looking at it. He was trying to charge $330 for doing absolutely nothing when I asked what they did the owner Ibrahim made claims he changed the oil, which I never agreed, why would you change the oil if it needs a new transmission.
BEWARE these guys are dodgy and will try and rip you off.

These guys have ripped me off. They charged me for disc and pad replacement and it’s just been few months it’s making squeaky noises. They didn’t change the whole bit just did half a job. And charged me for whole.

I am so surprised to see their rating on Google it looks like fake one. They are so rude and need to attend behaviour specialist.

I spent years bouncing from one mechanic’s workshop to another - until my best friend insisted I try Nolan & Ibrahim at Bricknell’s, over 3 years ago.

The boys are, without exaggeration, the very best at what they do. They’re smart, experienced & trustworthy. And they don’t charge you like a raging bull.
We have five cars in our family: 2 VWs, 1 Audi, 1 Lexus & 1 Corolla. ALL five of them are only ever touched by Noles & Ibbo. I trust them with my eyes closed. And that’s because I know they treat our cars as if they were their very own. No matter the issue, once any of our cars are at Bricknell’s, it’s a massive weight off my shoulders because I know that I have the best mechanics working on it. And there are never any shocking surprises when I go to pick up the car.
And the cherry on top is that, not only are they the best at what they do, they’re genuinely great guys who always go above and beyond to please their customers.

My family and I will remain life-long customers here, without any doubt!

Not too bad of a job on the repair itself although was well overpriced. Was charged $400 despite buying the part myself and shopped around after to find other places would do it for $160. My front grill wasn’t put back properly after and had to do it myself

This is a great mechanic. I had a problem with my Ranger that no other mechanic could figure out. These guys figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I have been taking my car to Bricknell ever since and would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with the help and advice the guys here provided. Saved me a lot of time and money after I was misled by a different garage over what was wrong with my car. They could have ripped me off very easily but I'm very thankful for their honesty, something that seems to be missing with a lot of mechanics. Definitely recommend using these guys
