Brian Carroll and Brendan Carroll Accountant

Used Brian to do my personal tax return for years and no problems at all.
Decided to start my own business and ever since then they turned into compulsive liars.
They would constantly lie about everything, completing payroll, completing BAS, completing tax returns. All of which turned out to be untrue. I decided to go to another company that would actually do the work needed. Brian and Brendan were both emailed and called several times and asked to send over any information that they had. Brendan then decided to lock me out of the STP, which after giving me access to again briefly he then deleted, which is a criminal offence.
They are required by law to pass on anything they have. So to sum it up if you want accountants that consistently lie and do illegal things these are the guys for you

My Husband and I have had our tax done by Brian since the early 90s. Some years it does take longer but I am sure that is because they are snowed under with work. They do get the return put into their account and when they get the statement they work out who the refund was for and forward on a cheque. We trust Brian completely.

I have always been assisted with my financials with both Brendan and Brian and have been extremely pleased with the service and happy with the level of professionalism and their knowledge.

Worst accountant don’t GO THERE as they change your address to theirs, your bank account to theirs, so you don’t know when you’ll get your tax return they sit on and give your money when they feel like it.
So dodgy don’t go there Brian said Brendan (SON) has transferred your money week after, week day after day NO that’s not the case. ATO transferred my money into his account 10 December 2020 as yet 28/01/2020 I haven’t received my money. He must be earning interest or doing dodgy thing with me money DON’T GO THERE
When it comes to answering to your calls they give you the run-around they are not available.
