Went to the shop to get a quote for parts on my fuso. They were rude and ill-mannered due to fact they had to look up part numbers. Once I received the quote and view the prices of the parts I quickly why they are Rude.

They overcharge everything place should be shut down ACCC needs to be involved

Rang to order and pay for a spare part for our FC144 Hino. Paul was very helpful, he described the part exactly and payment was made. This was paid early to mid afternoon, parcel arrived via post to Taree area the following morning. Service does not get any better than that. I pretest 4&get 1free air filters for Honda 2.2 SUV. Half price to Rico.you take a risk of getting what you pay for. 1 had a damaged rubber gasket which I replaced with the old one, also a better tighter fit. So I will be using the original on the other 4 in time seeing it neater fit. I could get away with what is supplied. Happy I can make it work. Delivery was good.

Poor communication, no customer service and dishonest. Stay away.
I order a part that shows online as in stock.
Received email saying it’s not and it will take longer. Purchase will not go ahead if I don’t confirm.
I said I still want it and ask about quicker express shipping.
No response for a few days until I emailed again to ask for a cancellation seeing they didn’t come back to me.
Straight way they reply order is coming.
I ask for it to be redirected to a different address.
Again no rely.
No surprise that days later when the product arrive it was sent to the wrong address

Was sent a faulty part. Their response was they have a faulty seal on that part, great send out faulty parts. 2 mechanics have checked it and it’s not the seal but the part itself. Disgusting rude unhelpful response as they advised me to buy another one whilst waiting for warranty. My business is delayed by this. They have admitted to sending me a faulty unit however expect me to do all the work to fix their mistake. I was hung up on repeated times. Do not deal with this company.

Went in there the other day to get stuff to service my truck they were always went right out of there way to help me come out checked my truck out to make sure everything was right I'll shop no were else

They don't deserve one star. I purchased an item on their ebay store. The item never arrived. They asked ebay to remove my negative feedback. They are threatening me in their messages. They are liars. I never had aggressive tone, modification requests, lies etc. None of this is true.
Don't deal with these people.

Efficient, friendly, service, gave them make, year, model, engine details of my truck, paid over the phone Thursday for hard to get part which arrived at my gate on the Sunshine Coast onMonday just after lunch. Good service, prompt postage and delivery, up there wirh the best, Rod Bain
