15Called in while travelling through Dubbo to replace an unusual sized bolt. The staff were super helpful. While they didn't stock the correct bolt, the staff member took the time to give me directions to a speciality shop in town to help me source what I needed. You don't get that service at my usual big green shed.
Great service, I'm a visitor to town, and normally use bunnings at home (no choice) and also in Dubbo. The service difference is incredible, staff that actually care and speak to you. Well done! Won't be using bunnings again in Dubbo.

Tool section staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and had what I wanted at a reasonable price. Check out the very healthy plant section. With a good selection as well.
I like Mitre 10 main reason is if you need to know something this the hardware shop. Petrie's still has the country feel Brennan's always had.
If you want people 8n Dubbo who actually know what they are talking about go to Mite 10. If you want to save a few cents go to the hardware joint
Staff were friendly but constantly palming me off to another person so I gave up and we to bunnings.
After leaving Bunnings because the bloke gave me a attitude when telling me hey couldn't cut my wood I came to Mitre 10 the gentleman that serve me was extremely helpful out of his way helpful got what I needed got cut to the link that I needed went home a very happy chappy
Great place to shop, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it is sometimes hard to get assistance when I need something specific and look bewildered as to where to go lol
Very friendly and helpful staff. Super rapid service. I'll be back in preference to bunnings. Not as much stock as bunnings but the variety seems to be as good. Prices are just as good or better.
Went there for the first time as they had the part I couldn't find at the local Bunnings. Pretty good experience.
GREAT customer service - some staff better than others. Plant section could do with an update & some better organisation - ALL staff should have a good knowledge of stock. WOULD be awesome if their was a small coffee lounge down the bottom of garden section.
There is a wide range of goods available the staff are always willing to help you find your needs and offer great advice. The best shop one stop shop in Dubbo.
Brennan is a place you keep going back to the staff know you and you get to know the staff by name nothing is ever to much trouble to do for you its a wonderful business and this is the reason why they are so good
