3 Terrible. It took them over a month to realise I transferred to their office. And then they arranged the Intial appointment typical with signing Job Plan etc. Nothing exciting as always! Was shocked they my job consultant Julie Page had such a negative attitude and kept referencing to my past jobs. So much negativity! That's not needed! And no understanding of the experience us job seekers experience. I'm changing providers asap for the 3rd time this year!
Update: got a reply that was so rude from the organisation. No respect shown towards how horribly they treated me. Acting like Centrelink staff members. I'm so glad I transferred. Seriously avoid this office!
I am keeping the consultants name to warn others in the future!
I trusted my rep, whom blindsided me with a demand that if she understood my disability she would not of made, or perhaps it was made to pressure me out of there organization so they can keep a high rate of success in getting people jobs. Either way they behave my parasitic then helpful. Do not go here and do not work here. The demand was suppossedly a management law. Clearly treating everybody the same is a mistake.
They really helped me find work. They might not be for everyone but they really helped me. I have a few mental disabities and they really understood and were happy to work with me! Amy, Beck and soul are the people I strongly reccomend if you need someone help you find work.
