Poor service, staff have no compassion or interest in helping others. The team leader, Jacqueline Sumner, has to be one of the most clueless, nasty pieces of work out there. I'm fairly sure she's got some sort of undiagnosed mental illness, she shouldn't be in that position if she can't even manager herself
