Brazilian Keratin Treatment

Would highly recommend. The results are great. After I shower and just let my hair dry naturally it looks like I spent an hour straightening it. Looks very shiny and straight. I also use their products and I would highly recommend the hair mask. It puts life back into your hair. I’ve done the treatment twice and will continue to do it!

I have tried many other Keratin products before but this beats them all for I barely had any reaction considering I have a very sensitive scalp.

I went to BKT Sydney for the first time 3 weeks ago. I’ve been having keratin treatments regularly for 12 years and my natural hair is quite curly. The keratin treatment isn’t so much about reducing frizz for me, more about being able to dry my hair without spending 45 minutes doing it. I’ve had good treatments and some awful ones over the years. The BKT Sydney keratin treatment is the best that I’ve had done in years. The girls who looked after me were wonderful and the majority of the time was spent on drying my hair and using the hair straightener. It was 2 people, both using 2 straighteners, amaaazing! This heat activation part is what other salons miss, they basically pass the straightener over too thick sections a couple of times and that means the results are not as good as they should be. I am happy to pay the extra at BKT Sydney, knowing I am getting the process done as well as it possibly can be. Thank you BKT

I had a beautiful job done by 2 women and one man. It was a walk in appointment, I hadn’t booked beforehand but nevertheless I didn’t have to wait at all. The lady was very honest with me, i thought I had long waist length thick hair, which would have charged me an additional $20 if she hadn’t told me that my hair is thick, not thin. She didn’t overcharge me. My hair was beautiful when it was done; before, I hated my frizzy curly hair. It was fried beyond repair from being bleached. I was skeptical to if it would last after I washed my hair, however, since I had a Nanno spa treatment in Thailand and all they really did was steam and straighten my hair, and the straightness went away after a wash. In this treatment, they applied a purple chemical onto my hair and rinsed the excess off, then straightened my hair. After I went home, I decided to leave a review after I washed my hair, and to my surprise, my hair stayed straight! Shiny and beautiful, it feels like the frizz is finally gone. Thank you so much for your service, gorgeous workers!

I have tried several different salons for keratin treatments but this service was by far the best! The staff are very knowledgeable about the different treatments and tailor the service that’s best for your hair. They don’t push you to but any specific product and it was a great experience overall. Love my hair and will definitely be back!

******HONEST AND REAL REVIEW******

Had nanoplasty done here…should have known the minute I felt the back of my hair (still curly) after washing the treatment out that it wouldn’t last…. Be warned.the photos and videos on social media are AFTER blow drying and brushing…not straight from the sink and certainly not after air drying… the women doing my hair in the salon were very friendly - 1 star for that, my hair is SLIGHTLY less curly - 1 star for that…otherwise a total waste of 600 dollars…no aftercare provided and I had to keep asking the woman taking payment what shampoo etc. I should use…it was almost like I forced her to sell me the shampoo and mask? ! Go figure! I have since asked them if my result was normal…after seeing multiple videos and photos of the manager flaunting her straight locks after treatment, I need to blow dry and brush my hair to get it straight every time…now I am told it takes more treatments to get straight hair - no thanks I’m not spending multiples of 600 every couple of months to achieve this…offered me 20% off next visit - they can keep it - not worth it - Don’t waste your money…. I definitely won’t be going back…it’s just a glorified EXPENSIVE hair treatment.

I ordered some at home products from this store online and they haven’t delivered them after 17 days. I called to request help and was told by the person who answered the call they couldn’t help so I asked for a refund and they said yes and to text the details through which I did. Later on someone said it’s not their policy. Still haven’t received the item and no one seems to know where it is. Can’t get any help or response. Don’t purchase from here. Tried to leave a review on the product on the site however only shows all the 5 star reviews all from 10 months ago mostly so should have know better and that they are fake

The owner claims to have called however I have nothing other then two no caller ID calls which I assume rung for 2 seconds and then they hung up as they actually don’t want to contact me. What’s frustrated me is the lack of assistance, I was told nothing could be changed and no refund would be offered until they have the product. No customer service at all. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund had I not been treated the way I was on the original phone call

Worst experience of my life. Scammers in the city. Unprofessional and girls are very rude. Guys. Don’t waste your money here they burnt half of my hairs and I end up crying and lost 380$.

I loved my experience at the salon, it was the first time I did straightening and everyone was very attentive to me and answered all my questions. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

My hair feels great. However, I felt the handling and straightening of my hair was very rough and felt many strands breaking with the double straightener. I have sooo much breakage, I did not have this the last time I did nanoplasty (at a different place). Lots of good reviews, buttt I will not use this place again for the simple fact that not a single person in the whole store spoke a sentence of English with me they all spoke amongst eachother in a foreign language, no after care advice, the place was sooo unventilated, way too much breakage and very rough with my hair. I wanted to ask why they are using 2 straighteners but no one understood enough English, when I questioned the breakage, I was told this is normal (proven pointless to argue as it would just be a one sided argument). I’m not happy with the breakage especially.

I left the salon with my kit pos treatment (shampoo, hair mask and oil) and I am loving it.

I struggle to find lasting effective keratin since the older fomeldehide product times but this one has been the strongest and most effective keratin.
My frizz is straight and it’s the product has all safe ingredients! Super happy
