57This is my second time using Bravo repair centre. Contrary to my first experience, this time the coffee machine was repaired in a timely manner, communication was clear from their customer service and the technician.

I have had my Breville coffee machine for 10 years.
It is a great machine. I have taken it twice to Bravo for a service. I needed to replace some seals etc.to keep it working at its best. Due to the advice they gave me originally on how to look after it plus there great service is why it still works like a new machine today.
Highly recommend these guys if you are coffee lover and have a machine that you want to last. Excellent advice and service, always money well spent as the machine feels like new again after a Bravo service even after 10 years.
I write this as I’m again able to enjoy my morning coffee!

I Purchased a Delonghi refurbished machine and delivery was quick plus came in original packaging with all the accessories. The Machine looks like its new and never been used so im very happy with my machine and cost was nearly half the price of new one with 12mth warranty. Communication was prompt from Bravo so highly recommended.
Dropped my coffee machine off on Monday and got it back on Saturday. The staff are very professional, helpful and had great advice about the machine. I would have no problems recommending them for repairs.
2 days after repairs (Impeccably carried out), the shower head screw of my Breville dual boiler snapped. At no extra cost to me, Bravo fixed the problem and provided free freight. Exceptional company to deal with. Definitely my go-to repairer for all future services.
Sent my Breville Coffee Machine which was in pristine condition to get fixed by this place last year. Not only did I receive it back with dents and scratches the same problem has now started again. The drip tray was also dirty filled with coffee bean residue which they had not cleaned when they were testing the machine. They tried to blame the courier company, but I knew that the scratches were not from the courier. Will not use this place again.
Had an issue with my 5 year old Sunbeam Torino. Initially, I had an issue with communication. I was a bit apprehensive paying 300 for a fix an service. Boy was I surprised, the machine looks like it did the day I bought it. Polished and cleaned throughout and looks amazing. Well done, I'd highly recommend the service. Best off using the driveway next to St Peters Mc Donald's. Excellent service
Amazing and speedy service - fixed our Delonghi coffee machine under warranty in 3 days and were very thorough, fixing every one of the issues we had reported (even the minor ones)

Bought a refurbished Breville machine 5 years ago.using at least twice a day. Still in good condition.
I had my 13 year old Rancillo Silvia coffee machine repaired at Bravo and it was returned like a brand new machine, I'm impressed thank you!
The worse repair service and customer care ever. We sent them our machine 2 months ago, as it is still under warranty, and still havent got it back as they are keep sending it to the wrong address. Every time when I call they give me different information, cant give me any tracking number, the result is no one knows where the machine is. We sent it through Nesspresso but it looks like they dont communicate at all. Once they said it was sent on 11. November after that 21 and the last information is that it wasnt sent any of this dates but it was sent on 31 november which doesnt even exist. ️ Well fingers crossed some day we will get our machine back
After more than 2 months of waiting they sent us the machine in different colour and design as we had️️️ absolute amateur
Make sure you tell them the exact brand and model of your coffee machine which they didn’t ask me. I told them it was a sunbeam and what the problem was. After driving for30 minutes to get there I was told they only do warranty work on that model, which is only 2 years old. Totally unprofessional and an absolute waste of my time
Had to bring in our Delonghi coffee machine for repair to this place as per Delonghi's request. Bravo Repair Centre informed us of every step via sms. We were advised Delonghi would replace our machine. The replacement arrived much quicker than expected. The staff at Bravo Repair Centre were friendly, professional and very efficient.
You have to accept that Bravo, as a general rule, have an at least 3 week lag time, from receipt of the machine to phone call saying it is ready for pick up. Deal with it!
What I have always had from Bravo is excpetional care with my machine, strong diagnostic service, with their repairer ringing me to advise of the problem/s, provide options for repair and indeed, where the repair is going to be expensive, they've provided alternative cheaper options to get my machine back sooner.
I have always found them honest, incredibly reliable and very truthful, even, at what I consider to be cost to their own business. They could just fleece me for as much as they can but they treat me with the respect I deserve as one of their clients.fwiw, I have used them from both a business and a personal capacity.
The milk frother on our DeLonghi Prima Donna Elite had stopped giving a good schiuma so Bravo suggested to return it under warranty post free. Unfortunately, our item got lost in transit, so Bravo replaced it without hesitation with a brand new item. Amazing service.
