Had a back to back appointment for both my little girls, missed the first appointment by 15mins and was told they won’t be able to do the 1st child’s hair (understandable), the girl at the counter (hijabi) was very dry no smile no hi how are you today just very bland, after being told the first child has to miss out come to find out one of the staff was sitting down doing her own hair and the other staff member asked her “since you’re free you can do the other girl” she completely ignored her and kept blow drying her hair, the girl that was doing my daughters hair was lovely smiled asked my daughter if anything was hurting her hair, the other 2 on the other hand need a nice chat with the boss and that’s coming from a business owner myself having young kids run a business can sometimes be good if they have the experience for it but these young kids were very inexperienced (customer service wise) other than that my daughter loved her hair:)

My daughter had her hair braided for her year 6 farewell, and my daughter was extremely happy with her cornrows.
I went into the store a week prior to my daughters farewell and asked how much, how long does your natural hair has to be to get braided, and how long it will take.
The young lady told me everything was very helpful.
I want to say one thing Ask Questions, before you go in, they are not mind reads so ask questions! You are the customer only you know what you want.
The young lady who had braided my daughters hair was great she was very helpful. I told her what my daughter wanted, and she did it.
It took her an hour and a half for 6 braids. You might think that's long for only 6 braids we'll No cause my daughters hair was only 5cm long, maybe even shorter and anyway I got to do some shopping and have lunch so win win.
Also, you can call and book an appointment over the phone and leave only a $10 deposit and tell them what you would like, and they will tell exactly how much it will be.
But it had cost me a little more because I decided at the last minute I wanted jewellery in my daughters hair.
It turned out awesome.

My birthday party was made even better with perfect braids from Braidztyle. It wasn't just about how fun was it. The lady took the time to understand what we wanted, and the result exceeded my expectations.

Recently attended a Braidztyle event, and let me tell you, my braids stole the show! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the braiders were so creative. It wasn't just about getting my hair done.it was about the entire experience!

Came to get my hair braided around 4: 30 today and Yasmine did the braiding. She was excellent in everything, the braiding, the customer service and she was very kind and respectful, 10/10

I approached the desk to which 2 kids were leaning over, not one word, backs to us, I was told it would take half an hour to do my daughter short to medium hair. I watched the girl who was doing it, talk and socialise most of the time, greet all her friends that came to say hello, that don't work at the store. This is 45 minutes on while we are standing there watching the shops close around us. I approached the manager to which she replied "well this is her work place" in response to her socialising. I agreed and said exactly this is her WORK place not a social club. How rude and dismissive. My daughter is 8 and has now sat in the chair for close to an hour. Also paid $60 for 2 braids. What a rip off and the customer service is poor! Never again. I also just voiced my opinion to a family that was going to get 3 girls done. Who I watched stand at the customer service desk and have no one serve them. My daughter just added the cherry on top, the girl doing her hair was apparently swearing the whole time. Wow no words.

Everyone at my daughter school (Greystanes) have those braids and we had to give it a try. We will probably be back as she doesn’t let me take it off…

I had an appointment with Braidztyle Merrylands today and the girl who did my daughters hair was amazing! I wish I was remembering her name! So patient with my daughter and she did an amazing job.

My daughter saw those braids on her friend at school in Parramatta and was bagging me for month to go there. So we created a little tradition every school holidays. So convenient!

I got my hair done today at Braids Merrylands all the way from Ryde. I love the energy of the girls and absolutely love my hair! Thanks girls.

It was my first time taking my daughter there and honestly it will last time as well, not recommending it at all my daughter’s hair wasn’t done properly the next day was messy and frizzy
