Bradleys Head Amphitheatre reviews
37Great views of the harbor bridge and Opera House. Perfect for sunsets. There is limited parking available though. Although you may be able to park a 5 min walk away as well.
Hello,
I was in Sydney several times and was able to see some beautiful places, including this place.
Bradleys Head is easy to reach, it takes about 35 minutes to walk from the ferry pier through the park and it's worth it. From here you can see very well the Harbor Bridge and the Opera House. What's good is that here in Sydney you can reach many of the city's good sights by ferry. And with a day ferry ticket you can reach some beautiful places in the city. So a trip here isn't so bad.
Beautiful place for a romantic picnic, overlooking the water and directly at the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
We were lucky and unlucky to encounter some wildlife during the day. A possum scavenging for leftover fruit and kookaburras who swooped our sushi right out of our chopsticks, twice.
Reminder, to always take all rubbish with you for the safety of animals and ending up in the ocean. Bins located near toilets and parking spaces.
This place looks amazing. We were there when it was horrible weather and didn't really get to take better pics or enjoy the view
One of the top locations in Sydney for photos, events, picnics family trips. Horrible for fishing.
Beautiful spot, summer and winter. You can walk from the Zoo or Chowder Bay or drive down to the lookout. Paid parking from National Parks at the lookout.
An amazing spot to enjoy the beautiful views of Sydney Harbour.
Would make a fantastic picnic spot for all occasions, as well as a romantic scene at sunset.
Along the way on easy walks to Taronga Zoo and around Bradley’s Head up to Cliftons Reserve.
Great spot for hikes, skyline views & those perfect picture shots.watchout for the lizards though
A nice spot alongside the harbour. Great views of the city, bridge and opera house. Around 25 parking spaces (national park fee of $8/day applies).
Watch out for the kookaburra that will fly-by and steal your chip with expert precision!
Great place to watch the sunset with your partner or your family. Take some wine and cheese with you to enjoy and don't forget to take the rubbish back with you:)
There are multiple spots if you wish to watch the sunset away from crowd, you just have to walk around and find your spot.
Trust me, it's at times we are unsure of the path that we see the best views!
Amazing spot to watch the sun set, or just enjoy the wonderful view. Great spot for weddings photos too if it’s not too many people
Amazing place for a picnic or just chill. Don't think there is a another place like this to see the whole harbour. UNINTERRUPTED
Great views of the harbour and sailing boats and opera house, harbour bridge.what more do you want
Beautiful view of Sydney tower, Opera House and Harbour bridge with a cool breeze by the water. Good spot to have a picnic if it isn't too sunny.
Nice scenic coastal walk. Many people come for early morning run. Not very long and has cafe as well. People do fishing in some areas and I was surprised to see the size of fishes they catch.
I did not know this place existed. A beautiful piece of nature close to the city. Great for a picnic.
It's a great view but difficult to get to and extremely difficult to leave walking over a kilometre uphill. New Year's Eve at this location was exceptionally unpleasant with no shelter from pouring rain and Disgustingly Rude NPWS uniformed staff frequently and loudly verbally abusing cleaning staff who were diligently collecting rubbish. I was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the NPWS staff, particularly the female who appeared to be in charge, and even witnessed cleaning staff choose to go home hours before midnight after copping nonstop verbal abuse from this woman in NPWS uniform.
The view was wonderful! Did a short walk through national park to Clifton gardens that was beautiful also.
Beautiful harbor views over the city and harbor bridge. Great walking trail in a forest. Bathroom facilities at the amphitheatre.
