2Over the many years of owning a business and throughout some complicated circumstances along the way I found that Brad and his team to be great help and support. I would and have recommended them to many.
As I was new to the area I thought to give brad a go at doing my tax. I had a short meeting with him prior to agreeing for him to do my tax. When I asked him how much he gave me an amount. I said ok. So I brought in all my paperwork about 3 weeks into it. I started to ring and ask how is it going. Reception said not long. 5 weeks in total, and tried to charge me alot more than he verbally quoted me. I asked another employee why. It was adjusted a little bit closer to the quoted amount. But a very bad experience. Which I have never been back.
