Coti and Lana are incredible, friendly, and professional. They genuinely care about their clients and celebrate every little achievement with you. They make the hard work fun while pushing you to your limits. Thank you for what you do!

Another outstanding BPS studio, complete with beautiful brand new Balance Body Pilates equipment, Polestar Instructors and Mentors and a team of Physiotherapists who really know their stuff! So glad to have them in the Alexandria area!

My cervical spondylolithesis has been treated by a number of Physios over the years. I have pain in my neck, radiating into my shoulders and finger tips. Never before have I had an issue. The treatment here was very different and not in a good way!
