The B. Product team have always gone above and beyond my expectations to help develop a product for the Transport Industry that helps make trucking safer for drivers and faster for companies, which help them improve their bottom line. With little experience in the Transport Industry, together we were able to co-design and manufacturer an Australian Made product which saw us winning an Australian Good Design award and being showcased on channel 10 Australia By Design Award in 2022.

I am very disappointed about their service. It was very hard to communicate with the guy who is in charge of my project. No response of the email, no one picked up the call, no one liaised with me to report the progress of my project. They even stopped doing my project without giving me any notice. Moreover, they did not return the rest of fund after I decided to stop doing business with them. I had expected to finish my project in 1 to 2 years, but now it has not finished after 4 years. They wasted my time, my money!
I don't recommend this company.
Don't waste your time and money like me!

B. Product is hands down the best design agency in Australia. Feel free to look around but I can guarantee you will not find a better team for the job. Marco and his team can design just about anything you can imagine and he always goes above and beyond what you ask for. Unlike many others, he is very honest and will only build you something he believes can succeed rather than look for ways to take more of your money. Where I would be if I hadn't encountered him.well I'd rather not think about that.

B. Product has helped our company commercialise several products now. We have worked with Marco and his team with advanced ideas that need little input and conversely early conceptual ideas that B. Product has provided significant thought and input to help us realise professional products. B. Products broad understanding of product design, engineering and materials provides significant benefits to our business. B. Product has also helped us along with tooling up for production and contributed in the improved manufacturability of our products ultimately saving our business money. Kudos to the B. Products team. $5,000 for a word/power point document that literally a 10 year old could do. All they are concerned with is getting your money.don't give a damm about actually getting you what you want. What a waste of my money!

Brilliant team. After filing for a patent successfully, Marco helped us to research, and rebuild our product to make it fit for market. Massive plus that they have a 3D printer in-house too for quick prototyping!
