Based on my experience of having a property that I intended to buy and have now bought inspected by this company, I recommend them highly, they were able to do the inspection within a few days of my request, the inspector called me with a summary of the results of the inspection immediately after it was done, I received the report by email the next day, the report was thorough, detailed and included well taken photos, they were friendly to deal with and explained things well
