14 Not impressed. I run a Hotshot transport company. I was denied access to the showers as I was not a truck driver!
Console operator and Manager wanted to see my HC license. I dont have one or need one as I drive a ute. DENIED! I had driven 2up express and been on the road over 24 hrs. Needed to refresh myself, fuel and eat for the trip back.
I left feeling humiliated and still smelly.
No I am not a truck driver but someone making a living transport.
Yes i am female and I dont conform to the standard "truck driver" image. Why should I.
BAD FORM BP BALLINA.
Great servo but the staff at the McDonald’s and the KFC are slow lazy and terrible at service. The BP staff however are great.
The customer service guy took ages to come out of the back and when he did he looked stoned out of his mind. He then charged me the wrong pump and didn't know how to refund it. After finally figuring it out he refunded me the wrong amount. The owner needs to do some reviewing of the staff here cause I certainly ain't coming back and no one I know will either after this little experience.

We didn’t get to use this facility, as coming from the north, on the Pacific Hwy (while in need of a comfort stop) we didn’t see any road signs (other than several for Ballina town) for the Service Centre. We went into town, used the Bicentennial Gardens facilities, and after 8 km detour, got back onto Pacific Highway to see the one and Only sign for the Service Centre. Surely the relevant highways NSW Department could put a Service Centre advisory sign at least 10 kms north of it! Thank you Graham W
Bad customer service. The middle aged man working at the counter was creepy, glaring out the window the entire time as I filled up and washed my windows, then was incredibly rude when I paid. I have just moved to the area and will be avoiding this place going forward.
I was served by Keith and Bek when picking up my HUBBED parcel. Great service, super friendly and helpful
Bek has no customer service skills she is by far one of the rudest people I have met. I would highly recommend getting rid of her
One of the worst customer service person i have dealt with in the resent times is the woman behind the BP counter didn't get her name impatient and rude, calling over the loudspeaker for us to come and pay we were finishing off washing window and just checking load no one was behind waiting so what was her problem i think she just like the sound of her own voice.she could clearly see us at the car from the counter.i would not be stopping there again.

Diesel Driveway is always slippery. Nozzles working badly. Potential for a slipping hazard, would strongly suggest a OH S person to assess this service station.
Rip off merchants! Way over priced! April 2020-At least 30cents more a litre then the petrol station 20minutes up the road! At one point this week it was 40 cents more a litre!
Handy 24hr servo.
Reasonable pricing and quality fuels. I always get good mileage out of my tank fills.
