Indian store clerks provide the worst service; when you have a question for them, they always pretend not to hear. However, they respond very quickly to requests from white people. It's hard for me not to suspect that they are racist.

The worst service, with store clerks who couldn't care less about others' concerns.

Cheap fuel prices. Like the staff is very friendly and the gas station is very clean and everything good

Pumps have annoying and intrusive ads playing on screens while you fill up. A cheap cash-grab that means I won't fill up here anymore.

Driving into this servo requires great care as the footpath ramp is too steep (like a speed hump) and I damaged my friend's, car's bumper which is a dangerous condition and not fit for purpose!
Management need to fix this and make the access like the Dealership across the road. I reported it but the attendant wasn't interested.

The cashier just yelled to me and ask me to get out because I was on the phone while paying for my oil, unbelievable

These guys are service with a smile. A wide selection of fresh food and always love shopping here. The coffee is nice and hot too

During a night time a staff who was working alone came towards my car to tell me to hurry up. I was waiting for my BPme app to be loaded. It took roughly 30-60 seconds to load up the app. The staff got impatient and said to me “Are you going to fuel up or not? ” I made a complaint to the BP head office and will never come to this station again. There is another BP station just minutes up the road anyway.

Poor service, had to wait over 2 mins at pump to get it turned on when no other cars were around. Teller had a lot of attitude, seemed he'd be happier off in the backroom having a smoko

An Indian guy that works there was one of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t professional, and no respect.
