Had to top up on the way home from Yamba. Used an app, Petrol Spy, for the cheapest unleaded 98. The Bait Place, 11 Yamba Road, Yamba. You can also pick up fishing supplies from rods to looking good for the fish.

Friendly enough service but PECULIAR that they can’t scan BP rewards card as “they lack the facility” …. So had to keep receipts and send off to BP any email …. BE PREPARED

Polite staff and sell Bryon Bay fudge, worth buying petrol, also groceries if you need

The gentlemen that I spoke with in the tackle store was extremely unfriendly making my friends and I feel very unwelcome. No greeting or eye contact upon entering store, even though we were the only ones in the store.

In additon to that, we were made to feel like thieves as the whole time we were in the store all he did was go into the office and look at the security cameras.

We enquired about the wind forecast for safety reasons in which the gentlemen's response was " just go check the weather".

Even after this appalling behaviour, we still purchased a bag of hooks out of courtesy.

Due to the disgusting behaviour of that gentlemen, we took our business elsewhere. We would have happily spent a few hundred dollars in store too. Bait and tackle.

In this day and age there is absolutely no need for that prejudicially disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely friendly people, I would recommend this shop to everyone. Only called in for a short visit but felt very much at home.
