BP reviews
15To the Marketing Department @ BP (Petrol Stations). If you were to remove your barista set up at your BP stations in relevant areas in Australia and execute a self service set up like your competitors but provide machine with different beans/flavour options your market share would get another chance to grow (make that experience gold)
I came here to fill the tank at 2 o clock in the night but the night staff name zeeshan declined me that the machine is closed at night and talks to me soo rudely. I never come again here.
The EV charger drops from 75kw to 50kw or 25kw as soon as a second car is plugged in. So a quick session quickly becomes 90+ mins. So annoying.
The pump was broken, went inside and told them, they didn't seem too fazed, i then got ripped off $5 for petrol that didn't go inside my car.not in this economy, thank you!
Your fuel pumps give a false reading.
You're ripping people off.
I somehow fit "12.5L" in an 11L tank today.
Served by a very polite and helpful employee, Sanjiv - I didn’t realise that the store was shut at night due to previous incidents. Don’t blame BP for taking that decision. Anyhow, despite my initial dismay at realising the store was shut, everything worked out in the end after the very helpful young man kindly went in search of the items and passed them through the safety box for me.
Don't go into this store alone as a woman, the guys that work there are so creepy and they will ask you if you are married or single while just trying to buy a late night snack.
Out of order signs on multiple new looking machines, I doubt almost any of them are actually broken. No pies or sausage rolls which at a servo is a crime against humanity. The only option in my desparate search for some tucker was toasted sandwiches, which might have been alright if they weren't frozen. No iced coffee. No real coffee. The 3,4, and 5 star reviews are probably all fake.
Supposed to be a parcel drop-off for Sendle, but they refused to take my parcel. They said they had no space for it. What's the point in being a parcel drop-off if you don't accept parcels? The parcel was medium-sized and weighed barely anything. Completely wasted my time.
Very high-end petroleum here (quite pricey). But always has good food on offer to ease the price pain.
Staff member on 29/11/2020 around 1830 hours advised that the toilet is out of order which is bad customer service
Always clean, got everything I need. Petrol is probably on the high end price wise but there's no other petrol stations near so I go here. Their firewood is great and burns well.
Filled up my car with 98 got down the road and it started playing up. We had the fuel drained and decanted it for our mower. Mower started to fail too. So assumption was bad fuel. As I arrived to the gas station with no issues. And left with
I was refused service here, stood at the coffee place and no one bothered to serve me, may be coz i was black or something. One star is more than they deserve
This BP is always more expensive than anywhere else on the Northern Beaches side of the Harbour Bridge. I avoid it at all costs.
