Fantastic service station with great customer service, car wash and very powerful vacuums.

Consistently has water in the 91 fuel. Observed over many tanks. Does often show low prices vs other in the area, but I guess you can if only 90% is actually fuel!

Car wash closes at 7pm with no signs or info on the web site which claims the business is open until 9pm.

The attendant was very rude, wouldn't Help my nana (who is a senior) with entering the code for the car wash

Car wash closed at 6: 30 for no reason, despite not having any sign that car wash is closed. Overpriced petrol and bad facilities

Okayish, as long as you go during the day: cafe is decent and forecourt is decently sized. The car wash gets in the way of the petrol station, however, as the queues for the carwash block the air & water station and customer parking.

Don't bother at night: absurdly, it closes at 9pm.

No Petrol - which is the whole point of a Petrol Station. No signs outside - so wasted time pulling up to a pump to find out they have run out of all their petrol.

When I asked why the pump wasn’t working I was rudely told they are out of petrol - no apology - apparently I was meant to magically know they had run out.

Went to wash my car at 745 pm. Staff said car wash closes at 7pm. In their website it says business open until 9pm daily. I tried calling before driving there. Call was not attended. Ridiculous that an automated car wash closes at 7 though the business closes only at 9.

No E10 fuel.
Some of the pumps are out of order.
Car wash is closed.
And no coffee.

Their petrol is way more expensive than other stations around the neighbourhood and they always seem to hike the price even more ahead of the weekend.

Edit after owners response: I read the website you refer to. Doesn’t justify why your site is charging 30-33c per litre more than a station 15mins down the road. The photo attached was taken Saturday 12/02/22 which shows the price difference.

First visit to carwash. Bit of a wait but the wash, wax, dry was really good. Better than my local at N'Bay which is not always clean (or working)

Everytime you come here. Toilet is out of order. The staff does it for purpose. They don, t want people to use their toilet. Every other BP Petrol station has a nice and clean toilet.

Place is supposed to close at 9pm, not 840pm. The staff member turned off all the lights and pumps while attempting to fill up and then said they close at 845.

I just went here to get fuel and was served by Sumanpreet. On arriving at the counter she continued to send the text message she was composing. I asked for a tax receipt and she didn’t say a word or look at me, just pursed her lips and stared at the receipt printer then handed it to me. If you l don’t want to serve customers don’t get a job in customer service. Basic manners are free.

Car wash is always breaking, always something wrong.would not advise to use the car wash, and its expensive.go to shell in Macquarie 25 dollars for two washes.better car wash as well

10 out 10 times your washing machines were out of order Please stop selling tickets before your machine back to normal function!

Well located and convenient. The service is awful. Attendants converse with each other and play with their phones. Customer service is slow and inattentive.
