I paid them $600 + to replace a brake master cylinder. They obviously did not test the car before they gave it back to me as brakes still didn't work after repair. I returned it to them and they quoted me $1000+ to repair the brake booster and charged me to diagnose what they had wrongly diagnosed and charged me for in the first place. Didn't accept any responsibility for their mistakes at all just made poor excuses.

Use BP North Manly regularly as my sendle parcel drop off point - they always check in my parcel before I leave to make sure it is logged in the system - never had an issue which is great. The owner and staff are very efficient and friendly

I bought a sandwich and a soft drink & went through the car wash.the chicken sandwich was frozen, and the drink had expired, & the car was still dirty.
I won't be returning.

It does not have unleaded 91, only has the E10 or premium unleaded, had to go to find another servo to get fuel

Just picked up my car from BP North Manly for a logbook service, and as always I am super happy. Not only they will do the work extremely well but they also go the extra mile and check everything else that need attention. They look after your car as it was their own.
I have been servicing my car for the last 4 years at the workshop and will keep coming.
My car has been running like a charm since, never had a bad surprise.

Won't hesitate to bring my car back next time it's due for a service. The guys here made the whole process easy and transparent. They even cleaned all the sand out of my carpet.

They provided my Blue Slip Inspection Report for transferring my rego from QLD to NSW.
Zaven was very friendly and helpful! He called me to let me know what needed to be fixed and the price before going ahead and doing it. They were very fast and efficient. He also gave me forms and detailed instructions of what to do next, to get my new rego and plates. I would definitely go back and recommend. Thank you.:)

Washed my car and I though it was similar to Caltex car wash end up scratching my brand new cars mirrors and team member didn’t even care. I told him I have never used BP car wash I am so annoyed at the fact he didn’t even care.

They processed my blue slip for an interstate rego transfer and I'm blown away by how polite and well organised they are. Really refreshing.

Not honest mechanics. Failed my pink slip due to suspension (which had been fixed 3 months ago- which they didn't know) and there story changed after but still wouldn't pass. Passed easily at next place.

Zaven the owner and John the mechanic has looked after mine and my wifes cars over the past 10 + years.
We always get good service when we either purchase petrol or get the cars serviced.
Excellent customer service always given by the whole team including Sam in the shop.
