13 I have been frustrated with the eftpos machine not working properly every single time I go. I've raised this with then over and over, but they just ignore me, then tell at me, then make threats to me.
I have informed them that I have disabilities, and that their issues are causing me significant frustration, they have refused to acknowledge it, refused to have a conversation, pretend the phone doesn't work, then refuse to answer. They are ignorant, arrogant, and inept.
Avoid this station like the plague. This one station is the straw that broke my back to boycott BP for life. Their opinion of their customers is extremely low. From now on I'll be going Ampol instead. Such a shame.
Worst customer service by Erick the old man don’t know how to deal with customer spending $150 every time I shop there rather than speak polite with me he’s just arguing with me what a pathetic customer service never go again 00000 star not even want to give 1 star
Not Happy! Now an ex regular customer, incorrectly priced items and refused to correct price even after being shown shelf price.
Basically am a truck driver I’ll fill the fuel more than $100 minimum from that store and some times I’ll carry food aswell along with me I just asked to keep it in an microwave for couple of minutes (2) but they refused to do as we are truck drivers we can’t stop where ever we want so we prefer fuel stations but if they do such things it’s very bad with the management and staff and along with the I’ll but something else aswell just not do for free I’ll take some cool drinks and stuff etc
Bloke at the front counter was an absolute tosser, didn’t offer us a bag was rude the whole time and then to be a even bigger tosser he went and offered the next guy a bag.
Would not recommend
Easy to access and the staff have always been friendly. They are also a DHL drop point which is handy.
Old Asian server was immensely rude. Myncard was declined due to being expired (which I was unaware of). He gave a speech about it being inconvenient having to re-enter the transaction while the "whole world" was waiting behind me (there were two people).
If you like lukewarm dishwater masquerading as coffee, 1 slice of raisin toast instead of 2 then this is the place for you.
Well kept store & friendly service. It can often get busy during peak periods of business days.
Pennant Hills is really busy and this station is hard to access, plus the air hose access is used by parked cars, making it hard to get to.
My must stop weekly petrol station. Nice to have a side lane that escaped into the back without waiting for the traffic light.
Be aware - a night lock-out (pAying through a bank teller-esque slot) is in effect here. Not nice when to servo treats their customers like we're all crooks when, if anyone is ripping anyone off, it's the other way around!
Another Bp with ULTIMATE Diesel. Awesome, about time. It's better then the standard stuff. Great for European diesel powered cars like my BMW. Grab a Wild Bean Coffee before heading on the F3 from here. Last decent coffee before you head out of Sydney.
