A bunch of thieves, they sell normal diesel in there ultimate tank ripping every customer off that uses diesel, it should come out with a yellow/green colour but comes out clear and no power what’s so ever, filled up else where and come out yellow/green and power is back

Very bad service; they guy named KENT making coffee for me today 8 AM morning; he was very rude, please don’t go this place where customer service is not priority. His tap machine is not working and he is showing me attitude because I want to buy different chocolate; he is saying I am very busy.

Love coming here for fast friendly service and the coffee is great I'm an uber/doordash driver I go out of my way to fill up and get a coffee great atmosphere

Decent service but save your money on the coffee. I tried their coffee multiple times thinking it was just a one-off experience, i was wrong. It just kept getting worse!

This pump is not a truck stop dont come with b double and staff need atleast 30-40 to go through your payment

Very disappointing went to the store ordered a regular mocha with one sugar but got a cappuccino on skim milk not happy threw coffee away as I don't drink that, staff deigo should pay more attention will never come back spoiled my day.

This place isn't a truckstop no parking because all the round town clowns are in them, trucks on the bowser you can't get through and no facilities for drivers to shower come on BP what were you thinking pinning this as a 'Truckstop' hardly that!

Horrible service. Waited close to five minutes for the night staff member to notice we were knocking and ringing. He then had the audacity to give my husband the finger.

I am a local resident of BP Ingleburn and turn into a regular coffee customer of this shop.
All the members are very friendly and they gave me BP Coffee loyalty cards to use.
This COVID time like many people working from home and being a Financ profession I had to work flexible hours.
Yesterday I went to Bp to buy a cup of coffee and found petrol pump is not working.
I just walked in and asked for a coffee.
Person who was in console replied he can’t make coffee as he Is busy.
I asked do you want me to wait?
He said if you want.
Later few more customer came and he served all of them.
He also left console area and talks to other customers at floor areas.
Seems to me he is ok and I can have a coffee.
I lined up again and once My time came I asked again for a coffee and he replied he is busy and can’t move.
I said there is not a single customer and you can make a coffee?
He replied you can complain if you want and threaten me he will call the police.
I said can I record it what you saying? As he going to involve police.
He said yes you can.
Once I start recording he start moving quick and go inside and come back like a drama.

The time was around 7.00 pm to 7.15 pm.
I believe if you check the camera you can find it.

This is not the first time he refused to make coffee, my understanding was he is busy and this time made me clear indications that bad customer service and attitude.lack of professionalism.

Hope BP will improve their service.
I also expect a feedback from bp.

You guys have two girls in there bludging.my pregnant partner is in pain and desperate for a bathroom stop and water, but they much rather just stand there and talk instead of help.

Night shift service at its finest!

Me and multiple of my colleagues have had extremely horrible customer service from i think her name is Jera, the lady whom wears the head scarf.

The Indian girl there Very rude.she told me we don’t do WesternUnion transfer here and I called WesternUnion they confirm that they can do It and he asked me to talk to her but she refused. I submitted complaint against them to WesternUnion and I’ll follow up.

Poor service these days. No wet wipes in truck fillup zone neither last night nor this evening. Also staff not completely trained how someone could miss velocity point for 500bucks and when asked to sort out then wait for morning for manager.

That asian guy today around 8: 00 pm was very rude, didn’t even handed me my change properly, no greetings and unprofessional,

Rude night staff tapping on window to hurry me up when literally walk up there just after he severed someone else and i replied thinking he said dont think one not a dog dont tap on windows at people two reply not warranted change night staff to the girl since been going there the one bloke aways push been goning since sept 2018

Always has great food and prices! Never crowded and many parking spots available. Clean bathrooms and plenty of choices for food.

Truck stop in heavy industrial area with no showers disgusting turbines put put bing bing english level -3 running the show

Filled my fuel tank full while i was on my way to Canberra. As soon as i hit M5, car broke down and was shaking and struggling (One of the scariest moment of my life) so took the first exit and went to mechanics straight away. Did a diagnosis and concluded that there was a water on my fuel tank. Really disappointed as I could not make it to canberra and my work and had to spend money fixing my car.

Always greeted with a smile, very friendly staff, great coffee. Makes for an enjoyable start to the morning.

One of the worst places to get coffee. Tastes like powdered premix coffee Best to go to Java Lava!
