Not sure how often they clean their coffee machine got coffee from here Tuesday nite got really bad food poisoning

I was here to fill up a petrol and take a shower as they have shower. However, the petrol is out of stock, but the lady still letting me take a shower. She was nice and even asking where we’re heading and the next servo that available.

I come in every morning to get coffee before work, I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in the door with Meredith and Chad and the other morning staff! They know my coffee order and there is never a day where I’ve had an issue at all. Everything is always tidy and clean! Will continue to get my morning coffee! Thanks again for the great coffee and amazing service! Keep up the fantastic work ️

I go here for coffee every morning, always greeted with a smile and they serve the best coffee! Wild bean cafe’s coffee is the best in Heatherbrae in my opinion! Their rewards card is great too

Visited here early yesterday morning like I always do when travelling to Sydney. Stopped in for a coffee for me + the husband + some snacks for the kids. Never had any issues til now.
Served by a lady for payment. Moved to coffee counter to collect only for the coffees to be pushed towards me at the counter without any conversation. Then when I realise he wasn't serving me my food either, I politely mentioned there was also a banana bread + the 2 strawberry donuts as well.
I was completely disgusted by the behaviour that came next! He rolled his eyes at me, threw the donuts into the bags + dropped them on the counter at me + then slammed the cabinet door closed. And then didn't even speak to me.
When I mentioned how rude it was that he couldn't provide some customer service, as it wasn't my fault he didn't read the order he just huffed at me! Maybe he was having a bad day (at 6.30am lol) but geez I would never act like that + I've been in retail + customer service most of my working life.
Seems this establishment needs some team training as the previous reviews seem to be similar most of the time.

Filled up 3 weeks ago and I filled desiel Jerry cans and dual tanks on landcruiser. Lady waited at door and yelled at me that I can't fill plastic Jerry cans in ute. OK for last 3 weeks I take out 10 Jerry cans and line them up and fill. Then place them back in the ute. Today I arrived filled up first tank moved to second tank the the bowser stopped and loud speaker comes over pump 5 you can't fill Jerry cans. When I was filling my ute. She shut the pump off 3 times. I looked at her and shrugged. Paid for fuel. She walked away when I confronted her. Very rude lady. I'll spend 1200 a week elsewhere. You might be a manager but we will see what corporate thinks of your behavior

Super clean toilets. Even have a shower. Service is good. Restaurants near as well. Good for stop

Stopped by this morning 3.30am on a coach the coffee was great and the guy behind the counter was so efficient as he was on his own running the petrol pumps and serving and making coffee as well

Worst customer service ever, completely unaware of what the law is regarding mask wearing, think they are police, even when the law is explained to them they still break it and are arrogant and rude about it, absolute rudest staff member ive come across

No problems with this shop. Got in easily, got my petrol, got an ice cream, easy transaction, got on my way. This is the place to come just after you have been to Gomez Mexican opposite. All good.

Bp wildbean is my local for my coffee and naughty treats. All the girls are amazing and the coffees are always to standard. It's always busy there even at nights when I visit. I have to say I was surprised to see the girls working at night having to run the cafe and fuel by themselves. I don't mind waiting for my coffee as I see they are busy. Other people hopefully are the same as me. I don't mind putting my own sugar in my coffee! Don't let the negative troll haters get to you on the reviews. Keep up the good work

If you ever here when you might want a coffee just pray you don't have the women with grey and black hair, mean looking face. She has an attitude like a bull at a rodeo. I ordered 2 large coffees. And when I could finish what I wanted me order to be she said thankyou. I tried saying to put sweeteners in and she insisted on saying thankyou, so I went and sat down and waited to get the coffees then left

Bought a coffee from the cafe here and it was exceptional! Much better then the one from the big M up the road.

One place i can regularly buy Youfoodz for dinner at work. The last 2 weeks no stock! Was told new management took over 2 weeks ago. Have barely had any fresh food stock since. Not happy!
