Great tasting pies, little more expensive than the packet pies but very much worth the 6.50 for a great quality pie and great coffee

Fuel way too expensive. 10 minutes west up the highway metro (faulconbridge) is at least 30 to 40 cents cheaper!?

Fuel here is often 10 cents more expensive than BP stations down in Penrith. The site itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff are friendly enough.

Just went to get some drinks and snacks for a nightshift, the old guy with glasses watched me park my car and get out and continued to follow me with his eyes as I went into the shop and to the fridge and everything and only made a comment as I got to the counter saying I should be wearing a mask, I had apologised and said I left it in the car and will go and grab it if he wanted to which he said nothing and just scanned my items while degrading me for working in NSW health and not wearing my mask, this guy made me feel like absolute trash and I will be making sure none of my mates from the mountains will go back to this BP

What is that old guys problem? He always gives me attitude since I was a teenager yet he still works there.no issues in the morning going to work just at night from the old guy with glasses.

EDIT oh wait apparently everyone has already left bad reviews on him I wonder why.

Worst customer service you can ever imagine. The 2 guys who work there are in dire need of psychiatric evaluation and should be sent to mental hospital asap. No maintenance old equipment from the 1960s. Bathrooms are dirty and not cleaned for months. Stay away from this place won't be surprised if their fuel is impure too. Just a horrible place.

Arrived here on a Sunday night after a long day of travelling and the older guy working was really rude to me and my mates. I wanted to get some caffeine for the rest of the drive home, but after the way he spoke they weren't getting any of my business. He announced over the PA in front of everyone not to have your phone on the premises, but I didn't hear him so he decided to angrily announce it again and then told my friends off as we came into the store and kept carrying on even though my phone was put away. Just seemed like he was looking for someone to pick on.

Stopped here for a toilet break. Need key access for the bathroom. When I handed the keys back to the counter, the guy behins the desk gave me a wet wipe. Top service here and very clean practices here.

Every time I go their to fill up the old fella is always a rude prick.
Not sure what I have done to the man but dam he’s rude.

Only just a service station. With the profits that these fuel companies make you think they'd be in a position to offer assistance to the owner to modernise the site. Petrol is much the same price as anywhere else and self service. The guy behind the counter was cheerful and pleasant to talk to.

Extremely dated and needs a massive overhaul to meet modern standards expected of a 24/7 petrol station

Driving from an event stopped to purchase food due to low blood pressure. 11.30pm; Doors were locked, an old dirty looking female who was cleaning up outside was extremely rude & condescending (& rolling her eyes) toward me when I queried how to get inside the locked doors.
Once inside, I was served by a grumpy old man behind counter.
BP should be ashamed to have these people representing their company name. Being kind & having good manners in customer service isn't hard. These two pathetic humans don't deserve having a job. I am in the employment industry & know there are people far more deserving of being paid to work & would represent BP with a quality customer service.
I will never drop into this petrol station again & will definitely spread the word of my appalling service to anyone living in the vicinity.
