The staff member that currently works at this Store when I get there between 5: 15 - 5: 40 am on Tuesday's needs to be taught some customer service skills. He obviously does not like His job. Never smiles. Always making lame excuses as to not have to actually have to serve a customer unless it is for a fuel purchase. I work night shift and like to grab a coffee on the way home. I have been refused coffee numours times by this employee. Avoid this outlet on early Tuesday mornings unless you are absolutely desperate.

Very rude service, no coffee at 9: 30pm on Friday night.
Management should get rid of this person, Abusing customers and using bad language at the counter

Don't send your parcel here. The staff CAROLINA is so bad. We told her 3 times our name and parcel number but she still say they don't have it but the other staff found it straight away. CAROLINA takes no responsibilities of her work. These kind of ppl shouldn't work in a petrol station which requires high attention to details.

Pump number 1. Just got my NOT empty 45l tank filled up with 46l of 95. Unacceptable. Callibrate your pumps!

I would like to share.y terrible experience of the swvice I had with the female staff that she claimed name was Sam. She was provide negative star of service which first she did ask me to lay an incorrect amount and she did not apologies for the error. Then when I asked her nicely to pass forword the POS terminal so that I can see the correct amount, she replied was I can moved it myself and I told her that I would not like to touch the terminal due to the Covoid and the terminal could contemminated. She rwplied that if I am not happy to pay this way I can go.which I didnot understand what her suggestion. However this is about 12.30 am and I do not have time for this but could management provide mlre or focus on the guest service to the staff.

This place is one of the few that have Dr Pepper. The exit is a little tricky to spot on your first time. You can go either side of the building.

Your BP have empty shelfs, I'm not sure how I could survive when you will close for couple weeks?

Went to pay for petrol. After saying "no thanks, just the petrol" to the point of sale chocolate deal, was asked again "it's only 2 dollars" how many times do I have to say no! Management needs to get rid of these up selling tactics. If people want to stuff there faces with chocolate, they will do so.
PS sorry to the lady working there, I shouldn't have snapped at you.

The service was ordinary, nothing to rave about. The pump was clean and well maintained. The convenience store had a good variety of products and it was neatly presented. Oporto is located next to the pump and they share a common entrance. This store accepts velocity cards so an extra star from my side:)

First major service station on Parramatta Road westbound after leaving the city. Plenty of parking and pumps to fill up at. Typical drinks, chips, smokes etc for sale inside. Besides the size of the site, it's just another petrol station with over the top prices on EVERYTHING.

Guy called Frank at 1.11.18 who was working st station was so super slow as well helping out the female worker he was making faces and barely moving himself doing something in the computer. Coffee making is superslow. All other baristas have been way better.in the end we all decided to not to order coffee from there as It tooks ages.

Especially a regular who pumps 2 times a week for 2 years. Seems like most of the staff either dont care or just unhappy to be working there. Oh yea the guy with a tear tattoo on his face as well.

So I was just walking into the station to get some things. There was one vehicle at the pump with the rest of the pumps vacant and they had already finished filling up. My phone rang so in answered while walking along the side and entering the shop. The lady came out yelling at me to get off my phone and that I am endangering other people by being on the phone. While I am well aware you can't use your phone while filling up, the place was dead empty! She proceeded to continue yelling at me and arguing! What an amazing service!

I left my wallet on the counter and it was returned to me a few hours later with all cash ($400-$500) still inside. They went out of their way to contact me. I will be refueling here forever. Polite, reliable and honest staff.

Always so so expensive for fuel, surprised people still buy from here.
But a very clean and well kept premise. Polite staff.

Great staff, many undercover pumps in good condition. Wide range in store with a Nando's and cafe.
