If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service by the lady behind the counter. Was too busy on her mobile phone to even give me back the items I had just paid for. I had to reach into the service area behind the barricade to retrieve my items. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be returning.

One of the best fuel stations I fill fuel from:) and love the quick uber eats service which is better and quicker then many restaurants who make you wait for long time lol.

Just buy a gift card, how hard it is? Spent 15 minutes to waiting for the complicated procedures, and a female staff let me wait until all customers gone who behind me, and write a date on my card where for my message, very bad services. Goodbye for ever!

I usually call in advance to check if they have the spinach & cheese pie available to deliver on ubereats. I did today & the bloke there didn’t understand what it was so had to explain about three times what it was until he realised what I was talking about. He said yes they have two so went ahead & ordered. It came and it was the cheese, bacon & beef pie - which I definitely did not order & something I have allergies on. Tried to ring them up but they kept hanging up / not answering.

Large site, ok in store & decent fuel prices. Cause of the area id think twice before stopping in late at night.

Easily accessible and super friendly staff.

Is it just me or is BP always over priced though (not just this store) ?
