Disgusting customer service
Short Asian man at the counter should be fired he is rude

I have been there over 10 times and the staff do not know how to activate iTunes cards… REMOVE THEM FROM THE SHELF FOR SALE IF YOU CANT SELL THEM! I am taking my complaint much further because you lot have lost yourselves over $500 in sales. Pathetic!

The store was amazing they have items I didn't see it in any other station store with a friendly stuff

Historically I haven't had any issues with this BP. But today they irritated me with false advertising. The deal in attached photo clearly states the Tic Tacs will be $2 "when you buy any Coca Cola drinks varieties". I went to the counter with the deal on the left - "Any 2 for $6.50". Then I'm told the $2 Tic Tac deal only applies to a single Coca Cola item, so because I "already got a deal" with the 2 bottles, I didn't qualify for the $2 Tic Tacs. BP, you need to be clear and unambiguous in your promotional signage. Three people were left waiting behind me while the BP employee went to the other side of the store to check the deal on the fridge and then with her manager. I should have been served and gone before even the first of those 3 people got to the counter. If this kind of thing happens here again, my rating will drop to 1 star, permanently.

Customer service staff failed to listen. The first words out of mouth were "Could I get a bag for those too please? " I wanted a bag because I was about to put oil in my car and wanted my hands free so I could put my other goods in the car together. I paid for the goods and staff pushed the items back to me to which I said "I asked for a bag mate" his response was "Oh, it's 15 cents for a bag"
I'd already paid, I'm not undertaking a 2nd transaction for the bag. (Was very happy to pay 15cents on the 1st transaction, but he obviously failed here and then compounded that mistake)
I said "Forget it mate, good luck" and left dissatisfied.
I pay extra for better service and products at your stores. BP Eaglevale is my local and I would say they give exemplary service compared to this. If you can, avoid this store and go to BP eaglevale imo. Customer service is easy to get right, I work in the industry and yes, my store charges for bags and the money goes to charity. Lift your game BP Truckstop.

Few days ago I tried to buy 1 coffee for $8 and guy at the counter didn't fill up all the way was gonna give me only half, He was very rude and aggressive instead of saying sorry or apologies he got really angry. So no more BP don't recommend it!

Fuel was rather expensive on my visit.
The store was very clean inside and access to and from the fuel pumps very is easy since the driveways are very spacious unlike some other petrol stations.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, tide line around the toilet, toilet paper all over the floor, dust and urine on the toilet seat like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I informed the attendant and he claimed that it gets cleaned each morning, but that is obviously not the case. Very disappointing that the attendant couldn't do his job by fixing the amenities after it being brought to his attention.

Convenience BP petrol station when you need to fuel up before you get on to the motorway. The staff are usually friendly.

The worst customer service in BP I have ever Seen.
The guy called Zaki, has the worst attitude in customer service. This review doesn’t even deserve 0 star.
I don’t even know how did he managed to get a job in the customer service. He doesn’t know what is the meaning of manner.
So disappointed that management didn’t see how rude is he with his customer.
I always fill up my petrol n wash my car from Bp but after last night no more BP.
