Staff fantastic but stock control terrible have had to go buy my own milk lactose free because they didn't have any
YESTERDAY no large take away cups
Today no lids for coffee feel for the staff that have to work under those conditions having to deal with saying there's no stock and dealing with angry customers look after staff they will look after you

Is it standard to make some stand for nearly 10mins for food that was ready the second he was asked to wait. Is it also standard to then not apologize for the wait? Just seemed concerned with people in line.
