My backpack was marked and I was given the pickup number. The backpack was then locked up so that no one could access it. The persona was very friendly. I can recommend it.
I felt confident that our bags were safe. There was no check of our docket to confirm they were ours.
No problem with the storage but a little hard to find from circular quay, had to ask a few shops. Leave yourself enough time.
Easy drop and pick up, close to central but still a decent walk to the station. Why is there nothing closer?
It's a little far from Central station and it's a bit difficult because it's a slope, but it's attractive to be close to City Hall and Chinatown. Luggage is securely stored in the garage in front of the front desk with a lock.
Very easy to access, bags stored in a locked cage with no problem with pick up.
