Bounce Luggage Storage - Circular Quay

We stored our 4 suitcases with Bounce for the day during the busy Christmas period. It is very conveniently located in Circular Quay and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful both at drop off and pick up, plus the price is very reasonable. We would definitely use Bounce again in the future.

I couldn't find the place at first:) that it was a tobacco shop.
The courage worker was very friendly. And everything went quickly and easily.

Very convenient and easy, and a great price. Definitely recommended if you need to park a bag before heading somewhere on public transport in Sydney.

Booking, check-in and checkout were perfect. I dislike the price point (being 24h blocks), not having the ability to book hours or at least half day.

Full marks for the storage, online booking, processing in and out of luggage.
Cannot fault those involved with the luggage storage.
We would use again, … now that we know how the system works.
However, because floor space is shared with the café, it was initially confusing about how to check in our luggage. From memory the entrance has two lanes, ‘Café Only’ and ‘Exit’.
It was a very busy day for the café when we attempted to store our luggage, and there was no way to clearly identify which of the staff was involved with the luggage storage. The café staff had little or no time to assist and at times we felt like we were trespassing.
Better guidance to the storage check-in (and signage) would be helpful.

Website didn't allow me to import images of baggage after checking in. Found it slightly annoying but great service.

A little crowded when we got there in the morning but as expected as the cruise ship had just arrived and others had the same idea as us. No issues at all with the service. Great location for hopping onto the train to the airport.

The luggage storage worked really well and was quite good value for such a prime location in Sydney harbour. Unfortunately our flight was at 3pm meaning we had to leave Circular Quay at 12pm so we only got a couple of hours use out of the luggage storage even though we had to pay a full days storage. For us it would have been better to pay by the hour, but all in all a good service.

Great location when getting off a cruise ship in Sydney. Easy to find, short walk from Cruise terminal. Dropped luggage and free to wander while waiting to head to airport for late flight. Highly recommend.

Heaps of bags left out in the restaurant.seems to be an overcharging of prices considering this.

Drop off was fine and they seemed organized, but pick up was chaotic and they didn’t have many people who were retrieving bags.

Very easy! Well displayed instructions. Made our last day in Sydney pleasant by not having to drag our bags around.

Very handy to be able to store your luggage around the city. Book, drop your bags, wander around the city, collect them and head to the airport! So easy and so convenient!

I recommend 100% this place for storing your luggage. The process was so quick and easy, it is right outside the train station, and they store your suitcases for as long as you need it

A couple of hundred metres from the cruise terminal, great friendly staff, an absolute gem, the perfect end to our holiday.

I used this service for the first time coming off a cruise ship. It was great to be able to store our bags for a couple of hours before heading to the airport. The system of checking in the bags to collection was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Bounce at Sydney Circular Quay was fast and spot on. We were on a cruise ship unloading with many passengers dropping off their bags. Only took a few minutes. Took a pic of our bags which made the pickup at 3 pm fast and easy, well done.
