Bounce Back Physiotherapy & Osteopathy

My son was attending speech therapy for 4+ months. In this time i feel he made no improvements, and developed a stutter. When i brought up my concerns to the speech therapist, i was told this is normal. As well as my thoughts to the lesson plans not being implemented. The speech therapist used to end the sessions 10-15 minutes early, and consistently check her watch throughout the session. Due to my work schedule changing, i had to pull my son from one of two fortnightly sessions, the only offer was a new time, that i repeatedly told them did not work for me, or a resource work pack provided while im still being charged the exact same session fee. After leaving the service i was called repeatedly during work hours, when i told them i would call them back or call back after hours. They made nil attempt at any other communication via email only phone call, never once mentioning i owed them money for an invoice. So much to my unawareness, i received a rude email with 2 invoices attached, which they had never mentioned in all the phone calls, or a single email sent prior. Demanding payment within 3days after the email sent, which was sent on a public holiday.

I used to think very highly of this physio but the way the owner treats her staff is unacceptable. Will never walk in or recommend them again

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who always make you feel comfortable and provide efficient treatments for injuries. Facility is nice and clean and there is a wide range of equipment available for use. Highly recommended!

Not a great return to work after major injury specialist but good friendly service. I moved away from bounce back after my last visit did leave me wondering if she did anything at all? !

I guess sometimes it’s not the right fit but most certainly friendly and professional. I’ve found a more specialty service that isn’t sports medicine oriented.

Kate is amazing! I could barely walk from lower back pain and was hating life and she not only helped through the acute phase, she has helped me have a long term plan and goals. I can now exercise again. Only wished I had found her 5 years ago rather than trying other places.

The wonderful team at Bounce Back conducted Ergonomic Workplace Assessments for our staff here at the New Zealand Embassy in Abu Dhabi which included a 1: 1 consultation, a treatment, work station assessment and post assessment report with written findings, recommendations and suggested equipment requirements. With this vital and valuable information, we were able to adjust each workstation accordingly which boosted the health and overall wellbeing of our staff. We cannot recommend Bounce Back Physiotherapy more highly! A team of passionate, friendly and professional staff who take pride in their profession.

We were referred to Bounce Back Physio through a soccer sporting group. The service was professional, (online set up), friendly and Liam our osteopath was awesome.
Liam got my 8 year old son sorted to start training & playing again. We have heard great things about Michael as well. We are looking forward to our next visit:)

We have been going to Bounce Back Physiotherapy for approx 6 weeks now. My son broke his ankle and has required physiotherapy on it. They have been extremely professional and have quite a good booking system, with reminder texts sent. Hours suit with out of work times for me to take him. We don't have private health care so it is quite costly $73 approx each visit. Location is at Narellan so easy to get to.
