BOSS Fire

Would not recommend this company as they don't back their own product.
Purchased their fireproof downlight covers. After purchasing found out they don't actually meet the standards required for a 2 layer system. None of their product information online states this even though they claim it's 2 hr resistant.
On top of that their sales team just stops responding to your emails when you point this out and they don't back their product enough for a full refund, charging you a 20% restocking fee. It's not like I purchased a commercial amount and would struggle to move it on.
Better off finding someone else that completely discloses the product information and provides 100% refund if it doesn't

Boss Fire provide a good range of products with very responsive and helpful staff who provide a great level of support.
