Took my car which is a 2014 Toyota Corola for a service. I went to this place because my old mechanic had closed down (Salsbury Auto in Summer Hill) and this place was recommended on their answering machine. Service cost was $935 and this included change of battery ($200) and replacement of 2 brake pads ($100 total). Labor cost was $280. Even taking into account the additional costs this place is still a lot more expensive for a service than my old mechanic.

Fernando is always helpful with tips on how to get the best from your car, and has a lot of great contacts in this ever evolving new school world where all those old school guys don't exist.

As a classic car and bike enthusiast he's my go-to guy when my walking fingers come up blank.

Fernando is clearly knowledgeable and professional but as a repeat customer with Allcare over four years, I was surprised that he remained detached / cold in our interactions.
Therefore if I'm really honest, the lovely lady at the front desk is the reason I'll return here. I don't know much about cars and can feel out of my depth so I really appreciated her warmth and her personable and reassuring interaction with me when I discussed my car's repairs at the end of the day and also when I booked in my service. To me that's the key distinguisher that keeps my repeat business. So thank you to her (unfortunately I didn't get her name).

My Mazda 2 Metro had an issue with the engine light staying on. The fault turned out to be computer related. The computer needed replacing and this was complicated by a file corruption. Fernando sourced a specialist to provide the fix. Great service and attention to detail, as always. Happy to recommend for regular servicing and repairs.

I was recently looking for a mechanic as my regular mechanic had closed up shop. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Fernando and Alex for a general service who were both very friendly and accomodating. I was contacted on the day for issues they found with cost effective options to fix. Overall a very pleasant first time experience. Will definitely be bring my car back for the next service and recommending to friends and family.
