Tyrone was very friendly and helpful throughout our buying experience. He helped us understand the area we were buying in and regularly communicated with us from our initial offer through to exchange and settlement. He was always available when we had questions, even the simple stuff that we didn't know as first home buyers.

The property we bought had a delayed settlement due to a council application requiring approval. Tyrone even advised us of the opportunity to move in before settlement and negotiated a very competitive rate for us to pay until settlement. This enabled us to plan our move day and move in at a time convenient for us. We're so thankful that Tyrone was able to help organise this arrangement.
