Definitely the best banking experience I have had in a long time in Sydney (but also true for other countries I have lived). Maryam is very professional, friendly and stayed on top of my loans requests and changes needed - without even having to follow up. Services are spot-on and it really was a pleasure to go to see them about my needs. They offered me options that met my needs - not just trying to sell products and they try to help (and don't just say "no"). Deserves more than 5 stars if possible.

This was by far the worst bank I have delt with in 30 years of Business banking. Totally unhelpful and the Manager is EXTREMELY rude. They think a small business should accept a piece of paper with a stamp as good enough proof that a $26000 dollar transfer has been completed. What year are we living in? Outright refused to send an email confirmation, I'm wondering if she knew how.

Amazing service by the team at BOQ Macquarie Centre, especially by Laila Sharafi. She was amazing throughout my home loan refinancing, selling my previous property and buying my current property. Laila was always approachable, knowledgable, prompt in her replies and reminders, courteous and just amazing to have a chat with. I highly recommend Laila and BOQ to anyone considering to refinance or apply for a home loan. Shoutout to Ling and the other ladies who work there too, everyone's customer service was top notch! Keep up the good work!:)

We are very happy with BOQ service at Macquarie shopping center, Sydney. They are skillfull, professional team. Especially Ms Laila Sharafi who helped us with Loan application. She informed us thru email, phone what was going on every steps/procedures, it was amazing. Her service is excellent. We can give her 10 stars.

To have one 5 star review while the only other rating is only 1 star is funny to think about, and may suggest uneven service.
My experience for a small bank was great at BOQ, they know you in person, deliver quality service in person on the phone or via email. The interst rate was unbeatable and also their flexibility with my purchase was one of a kind.
They also work till 5, as oposed to major banks that finish at 4 sharp!
