Tina has the natural ability to understand and feel what customers are experiencing and is able to meet their needs and expectations effectively. She is really good at following up with clients as to ensure that they are never left in the dark. Tina is a very professional, hardworking, focused and a friendly person with a great smile.

Dealing with the staff at BOQ Bella Vista is always a wonderful experience. Especially Angie who has always made me fell welcomed and is very efficient with all my banking requirements.

Can someone please explain why a bank has no money? I go to the branch as a customer to get a small amount of change (less then $100). This task is very hard as the teller (Angie) has no change.

Firstly every time I got to the branch I am made feel like I am inconveniencing her. As it is way too much effort to service me. She would not know how to smile.

I only keep this account as it is the only branch in the area and it is not so convenient to get change. As I did try once to get change as a non customer and I was point blank refused change. Quote “we only provide change to our customers”

If you want the hassle of bad customer service and rudeness then open an account here at Bella Vista. I am sure Angie will be happy to not to smile at you.

Went to try open a saving account but the lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Ended up not opening the account because of the inefficiency and opened one with westpac instead. BOQ losing a customer because they fail to hire competent and functional staff.

I have been with the bank for many years. I have had excellent experience with staff from this branch, particularly with Tina Gupta. She is very professional and always responds sooner than expected.

They are a very small bank with very very low capacity. The staff do not know the procedures and they need to check with the manager every sibgle item!

I haven't had the greatest experience with this bank in general which is why I closed my account on Tuesday however despite quite a few hurdles this branch that I attended to provided lovely customer service and closed my accounts without any question or trying to sell me anything.

The bank in general has a lot to improve however this Bella vista branch provided a more casual friendly customer experience that is often lacking in other bank's overly businesslike professionalism

When I started hunting house seriously, my broker could not give me the loan amount I was looking for and left me hanging in the balance. She forgot me for almost three months.

The BOQ not only helped me with the loan amount I was after, but they also helped me with pre-approvals for those properties I was interested in. The most important thing that attracted me BOQ treated their customers like family, which I learned last year from a festival gathering organised by BOQ. I have been with other banks before; they would never invite you to a festival party. I met lots of loyal customers in that party who are with BOQ for long time. I was really surprised.

Varun Kapoor handled my loan. I hassled him so many times; he helped whenever I wanted. In our first client-banker meeting, I told him what I want to achieve, and he helped me get it. Without him and his team’s help, I would not be able to buy my dream house. Even at the eleventh hour, I negotiated with him for a better home loan rate, and he fought for me to have it. He is more into client than bank. He is an experienced banker with wealth of knowledge who can guide and help his clients to own their dream homes. He is honest and upfront. Now I always recommend my family and friends to Varun. In future, if I want to have a better home loan package, I will call him first. He is the guy to deal with, and he will deal with BOQ on my behalf. I have that trust in him.

Rahul ji as a manager very down to earth and very supportive person.
One thing to say Tina Gupta ji is a Gem of this bank. Such a great personality, supportive, helpful, familiar and nice human being.
Jagdeep ji very helpful and friendly.
Very impressed from staff over the phone quick response byMichelle, Danica, Gie and Amy, whoever pick the phone nice customer service. So well done Rahul ji.

Would give 0 stars if possible to the whole business if possible, how can you even be a banking provider, when you cant even change a PIN code without having to go into a branch, but you can send my keycard to a new address and the PIN out by mail over the phone.its not security feature, its inconvenient, outdated & lazy of the bank of queensland when you don't get a choice on your PIN to begin with & get a random generated one, at least NAB, CBA, ANZ, to name a few have the option to change via the App unlike this medieval provider.
