Good Lakes walk with great views, but the recent rains have destroyed the track which is very swampy at several places.

Plus, tis the season of snakes! We spotted a Bic boi diamond back python (non poisonous tree snake) but another group did spot a lil baby brown.

Booti Hill walk was very impressive, as was Elizabeth Beach; but the walk along Wallis Lake was disappointing.the constant roaring of traffic on the adjacent road was unpleasant, the track was very muddy, and we saw very few birds (6 to be exact, of which 2 were water fowl)

Clean and the water is clean and quiet
The day after day is too soft, so it is a place to enjoy leisure
Here is perfect

깔끔하고 물도 깨끗함 한적하고
모레도 너무너무 부드러워서 여유를 즐기는 곳에는
여기가 딱입니다

I've been coming to booti booti national Park now for about 15 years and I tell you what every time I come back it's getting better. There's now some nice camping equipment as also new toilet blocks and it's just a bloody all around nice place. There's a few nice hikes that you can do and the beach is pretty good, but there's also sharks there quite often. Be careful

Great national park with walks and a beautiful beach. Worth spending time where the boulders are if you have kids, they can stack the pebbles and play with the water streaming from the hills.

Walked the Lake loop Starting from the North of Elizabeth Beach. This is a tough 8 km walk with a few steep parts but well worth the effort.

Just beautiful. So many great hidden gems and a diverse range of plant and birdlife. The beaches here are some of the best you'll ever see. Your secret swimming spot is waiting to be found.

Another beautiful place.

It's a fairly hard walk but doable.

Highly recommended for a good workout but wouldn't recommend to anyone with bad knees as it's very uneven and steep.

Takes about 1hr each way

The Ruins in Booti Booti NP is a lovely spot, nice and quiet when we were there this week. Short walk to the beach. Amenities where old and not in great condition at all, but I read that a new amenity block is on its way! A bit more expensive than i thought it would be considering there was no power, water or dump point.

For a place that's not far away, what a place to explore, plenty of camp sites around, or hotels

Plenty of spots for camping. We camped at ruins campground which is right next to the seven Mile Beach. The beach was amazing as it was secluded and perfect for relaxing. Lots of hikes and trails to do.

I stopped for a picnic lunch with my female partner at Green Point Sailing Club. OK it was a midweek winter's day. There was only a couple of other people there.
Picnic tables and toilets available. The whole area is protected from most winds and a summer place for children
A small boat canoe kayak can be launched from the shore.
The scenery is great. A small part of Oz to be used and appreciated.

Really beautiful national park with amazing scenery, beaches, and coastal villages. Sugarloaf lighthouse was a real highlight and the lakes walks were a wonder if nature.

Great scenery but no information or visitor center at park. Only noticed Beach access spots from the main road. Australia national parks do not have the facilities found in the USA.

Great spot for camping with family. Facilities are well maintained with refurb on the way. Beach is walking distance and there are plenty of good camping spots. Worth the visit.

Absolutely amazing scenery, birds, wildlife, pristine native bush. Make sure you don't bring any pets such as dogs into the national park. Unfortunately I witnessed a couple with two off-leash dogs watch and encourage their pets to defecate in the national park and walk along the path. I didn't approach them because they could have keyed my car or something. It was extremely disappointing to see. Help preserve the natural beauty and always take any rubbish with you so that you don't pollute the national park.
