These guys are actually pretty good! As a lowly renter, they make sure things are fixed in a timely manner, are good with communications, and accounting transactions. Miles ahead of the last mob that managed the place. Points off for the 25% rent increase - I know that's the market and everyone else is doing it, but there are real people on the other end of this.

I have had a close relationship with Bondi Realty for the last 25plus years due to residing in a rental unit continuously over all those years, which they manage. I have found them to be an impressively professional business.
Some years ago, Sarah Furlong was appointed by Bondi Realty to the position of their Property Manager.
Sarah has been amazing.
At each annual inspection, she makes a note of any issues which require attention and she wastes no time in ensuring all is quickly attended to.
For any other issues which may arise intermittently, as soon as Sarah receives notification of issues which require being attended to, she takes carefull note and acts without delay.
Sarah is a listener, is communicative and extremely efficient. So impressive too that I have never had to follow up notification of a problem.
