Bondi Junction Carpet One Floor & Home

I purchased carpet from this seller a few years ago (pre-Covid) and it was a positive experience. However, last week I decided to replace a rug with carpet and attended the store for a quote. The salesperson (Jackie) would not give me a fixed price for any of the items I was considering. I now have the samples at home, have chosen a product & have requested a quote. The cost is far higher than it should be, Jackie will not provide detailed costings within the quote, and she informed me that a comparable rug would cost the same. Definite GOUGING happening here.

Knowledgeable staff and willing to help, even after coming to the conclusion I wasn’t going to buy anything. Thanks for the info.

Recently we replaced our carpet with carpet purchased from CarpetOne. CarpetOne, which I think used to be called Carpeteria, actually sold us our original carpet almost 18 years ago.
The installation and quality were once again excellent and I have no hesitation recommending this company. Given they have been in business for so long obviously speaks for itself.

We recently used CarpetOne (Carpeteria) in Bondi Junction to replace the carpet in our 14 person office with carpet tiles. Daniel and his team installed the carpet tiles and did a wonderful job. They were a pleasure to work with, did the job quickly and without fuss. It looks great. They were very professional and we are very happy with the result.

Recently visited the Carpeteria showroom in Bondi and the process of looking, purchasing and laying of the carpet was fantastic. Mark attended to us in the shop, advised and Warren installed - he is amazing. Warren was pleasant, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have in our home. It was a difficult job: old house, very uneven floor, a full kitchen renovation going on at the same time, all in the middle of a pandemic! And yet it all went smoothly thanks to the excellent service provided by Carpeteria.

We chose a commercial-grade sheet vinyl for our kitchen and the adjoining large living area - knowing that this material would require a high level of surface preparation and specialist skill to lay properly. Graeme, the installer, was exceptional. I feel sure that whatever the type of floor covering, he would bring the same meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship to the project. The sales team were great too, helping us with making the right design choice and organising progress payments to suit our cash flow.

Suffice to say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or to use them again on another project.

Really happy with the service and follow-up we received from the whole team. Rob was very organised and made sure our timeline was met and that we were happy with our selection. Carpet looks and feels amazing and the installer was fantastic and thorough. Very happy with the end result. Also appreciated the follow up and would recommend.

Rob did a wonderful job of sourcing a seamless, vinyl, acoustic rated floor by Gerflor for me that looks like actual concrete. I was knocked back for polished concrete for acoustic reasons. The result is cosy and industrial at the same time. It is quiet and soft but looks really slick. The installers were detailed and Shannon went above and beyond to ensure the job was perfect. The team at Carpeteria are excellent and caring. Lina provided laughter during a very stressful design change that I hadn't anticipated. Great job guys! In the end I believe I am happier than I would have been with actual concrete!

Top notch, professional service throughout the whole process. We had excellent advice in the showroom from Mark and Jack, were super impressed with the drawings which illustrated exactly where the joins would be and we were bowled over by Warren's perfectionism in the laying process. Our job was complex and took a number of days, yet Warren was a joy to have around and worked methodically and beautifully until the job was done, even though it exceeded the time estimated. We are normally fussy consumers and its wonderful to report that we are thrilled with the job done.

We have had new carpet installed in our home and also extensive carpet installations at our work by two different carpet companies. Both jobs was very disappointing. The carpet we selected was fine but the subcontracted installers could not care less about our home and offices. They did so much damage to the walls and skirting boards.
We have now undertaken additional major renovations to our home in Kenthurst and we were recommended to go to Carpeteria in Bondi Junctions. It was a bit of a hike but considering our extremely poor experience in the past we decided to visit their showroom.
We were greeted by Jack Ezra, he know carpet back to front. We explained our disappointment with other carpet contractors but Jack quickly put us at ease and assured us that we would be 100% happy on completion.
The carpet was installed last Monday, I had taken the day off because of our previous poor experience and we did not want our house trashed.
The carpet layer turned up on time, he was very friendly and did an amazing job.
On completion, we had a follow up call from Jack Ezra, once again, another assurance that you are dealing with a quality company that cares about their customers.
Best experience ever, worth a 10 star if that was possible.
