Working with Zorro to design and create our engagement ring was a delight. Their customer service is amazing and the team is very professional. They were transparent from the beginning and were filled with ideas on how we could have all we wanted and stay within our budget. We learnt all about the 4c’s and the importance of selecting the ideal diamond for us. We felt no pressure from Zorro to make a quick decision and he was very patient with us with several meetings before making a decision on the final design.

My new fiancé surprised me with a proposal after being together for 10 years. He said he wanted to find something different from the mainstream shops. I have been given the most beautiful ring and was not involved at all in the process. There is nothing I would change about it. I have gotten so many compliments. After visiting 10 other jewellers you made my man comfortable and love the entire experience of getting a ring for me. And I had to have it resized twice to make it fit perfectly.
