One of the worst place for car servicing. The owner of this place has 0 knowledge about cars he only talk big things, and the workers are not so experience.so, be careful before visiting them and they charge for unnecessary things. Had a really bad experience

To everyone who is new in the automotive industry! Bomzan Automotive Services is a pathetic greedy place where you will be charged maximum to the limit. I was a student back then and I had purchased a vehicle. After some months I wanted to do the servicing and took it there thinking Nepali Dai and all. They did the servicing and made a quote with 2500$ to repair the vehicle and told me there’s a lot of problem this that. I was new and I didn’t know much. I said I would think about it. Later I took my car and had problems with the engine. I took it for service and got back with problem. Had to pay 2450$ saved for my tuition fee to Bomzan. You can be rich by scamming people but you can’t live a happy life Bomzan. To this day I still remember this dirty place. Please be aware everyone, go to some honest place.

A person who have a 12 years of experience couldn't find the simple fuel injectors problem.

I had a problem with my car It was shacking a lot. And I took it in this workshop and the main guy looked it and said he haven't seen such problems in his 12 years of experience in Toyota's car. And he told me he can't repair it and said me to take the car to the engine specialist mechanic. Later, I showed that car to my nearest car repair shop and the only problem with the car was fuel injectors on it. They changed it and it started working fine. Take care.

Expensive and the customer service is worst. Please collect some information if you are working in respective field.

Servicing my cars with Bomzan Dai, from 2014. Not a single time he have disappointed me. Every time I have serviced my cars or when car is broken or asked for opinions I have always got the best honest and reliable services.

My wife speaks highly of this place, went there myself and was very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable and decent pricing. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is by far the worst automotive service I have ever experienced in Sydney. I have waited
for 1.5 hrs even after the 3 hours pre-booking schedule. They try to charge several things unnecessarily which was completely ridiculous. I urge everyone to service your car definitely not there.

They charge you extra money for everything.went there for car servicing aandroidnd to fix my my puncture Tyre, found out I had three more punctures. While waiting, I saw the car repairer drilling extra hole on my spare tyre to prove I have more punctures.their excuse was I must have drove in factories which I never did. Spoke to the owner about it, who completely ignored it. Never going back.

I had issue with my car. Water leaking inside my coil ignition. I had already serviced that problem with different mechanic but the problem was not identified. After having identified what other mechanics doing to my car, I identified the problem and went for Bomzan Automotive they just did what i expected. The issue was simple as they just glued where the water was leaking from. Bomzan dai was so friendly and he opened the parts and checked the coil as it was ok. They didn't charged me for this. His knowledge and expertise impressed me a lot. He is clear on what is to be done and a positive person. I highly recommend people to visit once for the service. His practical advise on what is important to make car efficient and functioning was genuine. I am impressed on a first visit.

Bomzan (the main guy) has very poor english. Do not even know how to greet people when they bring their car. Absolutely no knowledge of customer service. Very dirty waiting room and Toilets. Do not even ask customer water or tea/coffee even if they are waiting for hour. Also mostly teenager that are non professional are doing the maintenance and repair of the car. Will have to stop going there now.

Went for the servicing and i was told to replace several parts of $800 which was not necessary (according to 4 other mechanic which i consulted later). They even told me to replace certain parts of engine around $1500 after handing me the bill and told me that the max life if not replaced is 6 month and would damage all the engine. Its already 2 years and not a scratch on engine. Wouldn’t recommended to anyone such a thugs.

Very crowded. Couldn't play all. I know it's all about business just being a human kinds it will be good if they provide drinking water around the park.

I have been there twice, the first time I was so disappointed, no manner to talk with the client, took more than 2 hours and said battery need to be changed but its still work fine, the second time, my appointment was at 12, started from 1 but didn’t fix the problem, i went to the other one, they fixed within few hours.

We know nothing about car. We always trust mechanics, as I am a student i couldn't afford more expenses. I previously stated that I changed the cam angle sensor with other mechanics with $100 bill. At that moment he suggested me to replace cam shaft sensor costs $650 which was not worth. I took a vehicle after the repair and after few hours the engine light was on. They can do best jobs for others but in my case they couldn't solve my problem.

I thought i was having a serious trouble when i had my engine light on and thinking that i will be spending a fortune. Luckily, thanks to Bomzan dai and the team, they fixed my car in an hour without any wait time or booking, after knowing that i needed urgent help. The problem was really minor (faulty electric sensor) and cost me only 280 bucks compared to other mechanics who quoted me 2x of that price. Highly recommended. Honest people. Excellent customer service. One of the best service centre out there in Sydney. Will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this place for servicing and all repairs. Don’t spend money on other dodgy mechanic.
