Bomaderry Train Station

Bomaderry to Nowra on the train is half an hour of THE most beautiful countryside on the south coast. Great station. Feels like you're going somewhere.

The place was just smelly. I don’t know how it smelt so damn bad, but it did. It was like old off evaporated milk. Feral lingering smell.
Nice staff though making sure everyone knew where they were going.

The only link to Sydney from down south.
I came from Ulladulla. An effort to get to Bomaderry station but once there, toilets on the platform, tap on tap off with a BANKING card to pay for your trip.
Helpful people on the platform, had to change trains at Kiama but was easy.
Picturesque train ride to Sydney, takes around 3 hours depending on where ya get off.
Cost me under $10
Pitty the line didn’t go further……to where I was coming from.
Great place of the world, just hard to get to and from the train station.
If you can find a way to get to Bomaderry from surrounding areas I highly recommend the train to get back to Sydney, may take some time but price is right, easy to accomplish, and looking out the window watching the world go by is way better than driving

What a clean and immaculate station. The station staff are friendly and helpful. Always seems to run on time. All stations should be like this.

Beware of the opal card scanner.it doesn't just scan your card it will scan credit cards and master cards.it steals money without notice.

Small end of line train station, parking quite limited but buses are available and regular, trains on time and adequately clean

Very neat and clean for a country town station. Unfortunately the toilets are not available after certain period of time after sunset.

I got there just on time just the normal there were a few people there but covid safe and easy with opal as well.if I had of had to weight to buy a ticket I would of missed the train
