Last week we went to bollywood beauty for my daughter’s hair cut. Pradeep did really perfect at her job and my daughter really liked the hair cut. Thank you Pradeep.

It’s always a wonderful experience dealing with Vibha. My outfit has turned out exactly how I wanted or I can actually say better than what I wanted. She is just amazing and works hard to get it right. Love your work Vibha, will keep coming back always. You are a star ️ ️️️️

Had very terrible experience for eyebrows

I have a wonderful shopping experience in Bollywood beauty, they have an exclusive collection of Indian outfits and Jewellery. The owner (Vibha) seems to be very helpful with all aspects including her sense of fashion, matching the jewellery with the outfit & giving 100% attention to their clients.

Great service went there for threading and facial. Awesome experience Facial was very relaxing and instant results

Extremely Non-hygiene, Unprofessional behavior by staff, Roughly hair service handled (pulling hair etc.), extremely disappointing experience I was given a dirty piece of cloth to wear during waxing. I wasn't even provided with the bill when asked for. I was told that internet is slow and bill can not be provided. I would likely not go there again.

We visited the store to buy lehengas and had an amazing experience! Vibha was extremely kind and patient and showed us so many options that we loved. The boutique also had an in house tailor which was amazing. We definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy Indian wear.

Amazing Collection of beautiful Indian wear. I loved the designs, colour and patterns for Lehengas. Great Collection! Also would like to mention about the amazing customer service provided by the two beautiful ladies. They both were very friendly and helpful, they understood are requirement and suggested us the best designs, within no time me and my daughter was out with a designer Lehenga. We also got matching bangles, ear rings for our clothes. This place is great for one stop shopping of Indian clothes where you can match up various accessories too. And the good things is, they were at pretty much affordable prices. Great place to shop and would surely recommend it!

Just took my daughter for last minute shopping for Eid, and found the perfect outfit and bangles at affordable prices. Excellent friendly service. BB went above and beyond for us. Thank you, will be back!

If I could give no stars I would, came in to get my legs waxed today and got burnt but no one seemed to care. The ladies made us wait to be served while they ate lunch in front of us. Absolutely no customer service. Would not be returning again

I think the service depends on the person who is providing the service. My threading experiences were good. But, not my hair cuts. The first one I got, may be 6 months ago was really good. The lady consulted me during each step of the process. But, last Sunday, I had a wierd experience. I was asking this lady, the same style as before, but she was replying to me in another language, eventhough I told her that neither I understand nor speak that language. She was insisitng I get a different style, and due to the communication barrier, I ended up with a bad haircut.

All I can suggest is, please have the professionalism to have staff who speak some English to make the customer experience more pleasant and to avoid misunderstandings.

The worst parlour for threading, the lady gives cuts on my face while threading and it was really disgusting. She didn't do it perfectly for first time and then when I tell her to do it properly as I was not satisfied with her services, she replied me very rudely when I told her to do it properly. I will not recommend anybody to go there.

Depending on the person who provides your with the service, eyebrow and facial hair removal service is great.

Most unprofessional place I have been to. They have no knowledge of hair styling. Owner is nice but workers are quite stubborn. One worker kept staring at our clothes (up and down) like she’s never seen a human

Very unprofessional, they have no idea about what they are doing, recently had a hair cut. I never write reviews for anyone, but this one I am taking my time to write it so that other people dont waste their time and money on them. It was utter waste of money.
